I cannot recommend this business highly enough and wish that I had discovered them sooner. Despite the fact that my car had always been regularly serviced at a dealership and I'd believed that it had been in good hands, its first couple of visits to Bob Mol revealed some issues which had been neglected by the dealership for years. This story perfectly illustrates what a shocking difference there can be between service centres and exactly why these guys are so great. They are thorough, diligent, proper traditional mechanics who will actively look for issues and diagnose problems properly, and will not cut corners or try to rush your car through. Proper service like this is essential in order to prevent breakdowns and/or larger bills further down the track and cannot be undervalued.
In terms of customer service, the staff are incredibly friendly, personable and accommodating and their prices are very reasonable.
Finally, in my experience, this business has also been 100% honest in my dealings with them as well. For several months, they provided a variety of affordable and appropriate repairs to keep my ageing vehicle on the road, but when a large and expensive part died they were quick to advise me against the sensibility of replacing it, despite the fact that it might possibly have been a worthwhile job for them. Furthermore, this was after they had already invested certain time and effort in trying to source a version of this part which would fit my unusual vehicle. In sparing me a potentially expensive and futile debacle and in doing such a great job in general, Bob Mol Motors have secured not only my loyalty for the long term, but also as many recommendations as I can give.
