At this point, SFMTA has failed its communities in all aspects. From my experience, I will demonstrate how employees treated me, and the results of my commute. Experience #1: I lost my clipper card, and I asked one of the employees at the information booth how to operate it the app. Many of the workers do not don't know! Others gave me wrong information. Experience #2: I was appalled about how the Transit Fare Inspector treated me. Badge #F65, Eugene Bulkin labled me as difficult for not showing my ID. I was honest, and cooperative in this type of situation. To look superior, he forcefully made me find my ID in my fanny pak after mentioning, losing ID at the bar. He also threatened me to call dispatch. Lastly, he went through my bag by peeking that he saw my ID. Besides, trying to sound superior and attempting to degrade passengers/tourist, the worst part is that he embarrassed me by telling my rides at other transit agencies! Bulkin, becareful who you are talking to with that attitude of yours. You will get the person that will make you learn a lesson.

We reserved it a month in advance for 1:30-5:30pm and were instructed to pay in full via Zelle to hold the reservation. The week of the event, I followed up with Reese to confirm everything was set. He replied that we were "all set." On the day of the party, all of the girls had arrived by 1:15pm and were excitedly waiting by the window for the limo. By 1:37pm, there was still no limo and no communication from Reese. My daughter kept asking, "Is the limo coming?" and was trying hard not to cry. At 2:02pm, after waiting over 30 minutes with zero updates, we decided to move to Plan B and drive the girls ourselves. Just as we were walking out the door, a limo finally pulled up. The driver explained there had been car trouble and that he had been called in last minute as a backup. Unfortunately, the limo itself was in very poor condition: no AC, some windows didn't work, no music system at all (we had to grab a portable speaker), and a broken seatbelt alarm that dinged nonstop the entire ride. Most disappointing of all, Reese never contacted us afterward -- no apology, no explanation, and no partial refund. Completely ghosted. This was an incredibly stressful experience on an important day for our daughter, and I truly hope no other family has to deal with this on their child's birthday (or any event).

And probably most importantly, he was a fun and friendly guy, super personable! He made our trip a lot more memorable. We will be going with him again next time without a doubt. We were able to schedule pickup from our friend's house, transportation to our event, and a return pickup and drop-off afterward without any issues. Our driver, Leland, provided 10/10 service. He made sure we had the best experience from the moment we got on the bus by setting up the Bluetooth before we left and making sure the cooler was stocked with ice. He even picked us up a little earlier than scheduled since our event ended ahead of time. Most importantly, he got us to and from our destination safely while making the ride fun and enjoyable. Thank you, Leland, for being such an amazing driver!
