Camera Shy? Not Me! I'm very disappointed at how you do business. I hired Keith so we could have a photo booth at a 6th grade party for our non-profit organization. He came late and had to set up quick. There was a problem and he couldn't get his equipment to work. First he blamed a kid for knocking a wire and then changed the story to a kid touched the screen. The party was over and at no point was his equipment operational. I was very understanding to the fact that things happen. He wanted to come back another day but the school would not allow it. I asked for a refund which he refused. In my opinion anyone taking money away from a non-profit organization is an absolute disgrace and a company I would never want to deal with. Here's some advice... improve your customer service skills. read more

Paid for Deluxe Services almost 2 months prior to the event and received an email 4 days before our wedding with additional condition requests and demanding additional money to provide contracted services. Attempts to resolve the issue with Keith have been returned with defensive dialogue, accusatory statements, threats and untruths. His unprofessional and abrasive approach has left us at an impasse that will most likely be settled in court. I have never been treated so poorly by a vendor. read more

We hired Camera Shy? Not Me for a photobooth for our daughter's Sweet 16 party, and are so glad we did. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Their communication from initial contact up to the event was prompt and thorough. It was not a large event (40 people), but the owner gave the event a great deal of care and attention to detail, including discussions about my daughter's favorite colors and likes and dislikes in order to tailor the photobooth to her preferences. The kids had a great time in the photobooth, the pictures were awesome, and the owner was great to work with. Definitely recommended! read more

We had an amazing experience with Keith & camera shy. Everything we wanted was presented to us and he even offered us a photo guestbook! Our favorite was being given a copy of every photo taken that evening. Our guest loved the atmosphere that the photo booth provided, it was a great touch to our wedding! read more

What an awesome experience! We hired camera Shy? Not Me! at our Masquerade Ball fundraiser and it was a huge hit! They brought so many awesome proper tailored for our event. There was a line at several point with people so excited to get in. They were fast and polite and had the photos immediately for the guests in copies for each person in the booth. Highly recommend them for any event! read more

Camera Shy? Man! The definition of customer service is Camera Shy?! Keith and Jake took care of business at my Wedding. We didn't lose any sleep worrying about Camera Shy? Dealing with Keith was fantastic! Every guest at the wedding was wowed by their service and how helpful he and his son were organizing everyone in the booth. The golden rule : "Treat others the way you want to be treated." I highly recommend Camera shy? 10 stars in my book! read more

Awesome experience with Camera Shy? Not Me - used them for a "Graduation" Dance for our 6th graders and the kids LOVED the green screen booth!! Keith and his son were pleasant and super patient with the rowdy 12 year olds!! Keith's communication was constant and he was very easy to work with - thank you! read more

The United Chios Society of Philadelphia "Koraes" Chapter 16 is a non-profit organization focusing on the greater good in Philadelphia and Chios, Greece. We have one large annual fundraiser and then small events throughout the year. This year's large fundraiser was on a date where our "goto" Photobooth vendor was not available. So, I went out for recommendations and I am so happy I did! Camera Shy? Not Me was all we wanted and more! We had the contract set up within a few days, overlay picked out and we were ready to party! The day of the event Keith & Jake were all set up without any issues and we had all images in our inbox the next morning! Our guests loved the photo booth style, props, and professionalism of Camera Shy? Not Me. Our theme was Winter wonderland so the photobooth being big and white for right in! Almost like an igloo. :) Thanks for the awesome service and memories!! read more

Camera Shy? Not Me! ran the photobooth at our church's youth group fall kickoff (Doylestown United Methodist Church) in September of this year (2017). Our students loved having a photobooth, and Keith and his son were extremely professional and friendly in how they ran the booth. They had fun photo accessories that the students enjoyed and made the experience fun for our kids. The quality of the photos was also great. Students loved receiving the images. Keith also emailed me an electronic copy of all the photos, so I can use them for other youth ministry events in the future. We hope to always incorporate Keith's photobooth in our future youth group kickoff events and I would certainly recommend them to others for photobooth needs! read more

We hired Keith for our Holiday Party on Saturday, December 1st, 2018. From the start, he was wonderful to work with. He even called me and asked if we wanted to upgrade to the new "Bubble" booth when he first got it! OF COURSE WE DID! At the event, he and his son were so professional and helped everyone have a great time. We received the link to all of the pictures from that night on Monday morning! I used Camera Shy Not Me photo booth for my 2 graduates. Keith, the owner got there 45 minutes prior to start of the party to set up. Everything was ready to go at the time we agreed upon. All the guests, family and friends really enjoyed the photo booth and had a blast! The next day I had all the pictures in the drop box for review. Very nice experience and very professional. I would definitely recommend them! I will be using them again! read more

What a great decision we made to have Camera Shy? Not me! at our daughter's high school graduation party! Keith and his son were early, professional and did a fantastic job. The quality of the photos was superior to any of the other photo booths we have seen this summer at other graduation parties. I would highly recommend you use them for your next event.
