This December I decided to propose to my girlfriend at the night of light's event in St Augustine. FL. Little did i know , I picked the busiest night of the year for the area! Crowds were everywhere and there was even a parade of boats covered in Christmas lights. Despite the challenges, Stephen stayed in constant contact, gave helpful suggestions and brought an assistant to help manage the crowd. You were calm and professional the whole night you took time to personally meet, greet and shake hands with the key members of both families. She was willing to come to our home before we even hired her to see the space, which was very important to us. Trish not only helped figure out what we needed in terms of food but how to structure set up, serving, etc. into our event. We had a specific plan in place before the event which she implemented with perfection. The food tasted delicious, was beautifully presented and plentiful. The staff was friendly and professional and moved in and out so quickly and quietly that we didn't really notice the set up or clean up as these were happening. My only very minor criticism is that it took some time to get an initial call back. But otherwise, we couldn't have asked for anything better. We would definitely recommend her and use her again in the future.
