He came late and had to set up quick. There was a problem and he couldn't get his equipment to work. First he blamed a kid for knocking a wire and then changed the story to a kid touched the screen. The party was over and at no point was his equipment operational. I was very understanding to the fact that things happen. He wanted to come back another day but the school would not allow it. I asked for a refund which he refused. In my opinion anyone taking money away from a non-profit organization is an absolute disgrace and a company I would never want to deal with. Much of our planning was done through emailing our preferred song list and sorting out logistics with our DJ, Mikey O'Connor. Overall, it was mostly easy to coordinate with Andreya, though she may sometimes need reminding to respond to your emails. Though DJ Mikey didn't help us plan much before the wedding, we made sure to email him a detailed script of what we wanted him to say, and he did his job well the day of. When we changed our ceremony location from outdoor to indoor 2 days before the wedding, he was also super accommodating with the last minute change. Pro tip: At the time of this writing, they offered a $75 for $125 Yelp discount.
