Imagine drive thru service where I'm met with a smile at 7am, told it's a 25% discount as a new customer and that the garments would be ready no later than 5pm! True to their word, I return that afternoon in the drive thru lane and they bring out the garments and ask if the back seat is OK to place them in. I mean, if this isn't bespoke service from a local Tide Cleaners location (they'll likely tell you this is all part of their customer service) I don't know what is. Exceeded my expectations!
