So I just moved out. I returned All my keys and remotes. I cleaned down my apartment. I took a video and no stains on carpet. Please know they will charge you for carpet replacement every time you move out. No matter the $1000s you pay for deposits and fees. They'll keep it all. I have a bill for keys- that I returned- and a bill for carpet replacement they said is 41 months out of 60 months. Total is 1276. Insane! Not to mention I put up with years of broken entry and exit gates, stolen packages, broken AC, AC on fire, lack of garbage clean up in the walkways and people having their cars and tires stolen. Didn't pay my rent late- not one time. I once watched them tear out a perfectly good fireplace in my living room months before the winter storm and patch that one rectangular area with the same carpet. Now tell why I'm paying replacement for every square inch? They'll get their money somehow. It's a shame it's this way. My husband and I lived at Stonebridge for about a year and a half. We enjoyed our unit and the location. Maintenance team was great, friendly, and responsive to any of our needs throughout our time there. We unfortunately had to get out of our lease early due to life circumstances and paid the fees that were required. We didn't have any major problems until after moving out. We cleaned thoroughly and took pictures and videos, but we got charged for a carpet replacement among other things that costed over $500. We spoke with the staff about these charges, and they claimed it was due to our dog, which we had paid a deposit for, but apparently that deposit didn't go towards any of the damages. I am really disappointed that this has put such a negative spin on our stay there. We have recommended many people to check out the complex, but no longer will. If you have a dog, I wouldn't recommend signing a lease with Stonebridge due to their deposits as well as the lack of cleanliness and space around the property. read more

I loved Camden. It is a peaceful environment for walks and just enjoying your place at a patio or swimming pool. Staff is awesome and maintenance crew are always available. I've been here two years and I've had no complaints or issues; they were willing to work and resolve any issue I had. I am grateful for that. I read all the reviews posted and some of them I agree with and others I do not. And like with apartment living, there are pros & cons to every situation. This property is run by the Camden Property Trust, Houston, TX based Real Estate Investment Trust that owns and operates apartment communities in various states across the US. When I first moved into the complex, I had lots of miscommunication issues with the managers, and getting things set up. What I learned are the following things. 1) Location: Exceptionally convenient location to the Westchase location, 15 minutes away from the Galleria, City Center, and excellent freeway access. It's nice and clean, and the entrance/exit gates work about 95% of the time. 2) Property Maintenance: Overall the property looks good and is kept up in shape, and they are always improving. They send notices when they do have to turn off the water, and there maintenance notices, pretty much almost every week. Think about it, if there's an emergency, don't you want your property manager to fix it? I do think they need to give the residents more notice and maybe find way to communicate this more effectively. How about a text messaging service? Sometimes I get a notice and it's posted on my door. And then it flies away, and I had no idea there is no water on the next day for a few hours. 3) Parking: Parking can be a huge problem, so if you can, when you move in, pay for a covered parking space or a garage (if they have one available). Watch for "resident parking" signs and this is normal. If they tow your car, it's because you don't have a valid parking permit on your vehicle and/or you parked in someone's covered parking space. They have a towing company that is hired by Camden that periodically checks the property's lot for cars that don't belong there. This service makes sense because, wouldn't you want to live in place that does not have transient visitors and cars that don't belong there? 4) Rent: On par with Camden and the nicer properties within a 7 mile radius. There are less expensive apartments you can rent in the area, however, they are not as nice and some of the neighbors are questionable. They have an online portal to pay rent, and put in service requests. 5) Amenities: While I don't always agree with having the amenities of cable and valet trash. I have to appreciate the valet trash service, especially if you get used to the hours and times and use the service correctly. For the longest time, I did not have cable in my apartment because of the cable jack issues and the issues with the equipment I was given by Comcast. Though it took me 8 months to resolve, and I was assisted by their staff. When they are able to understand the situation, they were able to communicate it to their Cable vendor; thus resolving a problem that should not have taken place. 6) Staff: The staff here is very nice and yes, they are employees of Camden, so they have to abide by the rules set out by the company they work for. Over the course of year, they have greatly improved the communication and customer service. 7) Other maintenance: I can't recall what their service maintenance policy is. I believe it's something like that 48 hours. However, they usually fix the requests pretty quick, usually within 24 hours unless you can have a water leak or something that requires immediate attention. Overall, I think this is pretty nice place to live. I haven't experienced any major crime or burglaries in the complex. However, you can't be too careful. With apartment living, you still have to have some rules to live by and you're not going to always agree on what the rules are. This is a smaller community, and some of my neighbors have lived here for 5+ years. read more

Management stole my pet dish outside my door. They first claimed to know nothing about it, but admitted it later. Worse, I got a non-apology by them saying they are "sorry they did not meet my expectations." Saying you are "sorry for not meeting my expectations" is a blame-shifting apology and places the onus on me for having a problem for being lied to and my property stolen. Its a nice little community with limited apartments. I really loved my house! Our apartment had high ceilings in the living room, which is not very common in the apartments in the area. Few things that I liked the most include not top of the line but very decently updated appliances, huge master bath and the layout of the whole apartment. We had to move because of relocation. Their management staff were friendly, they kept sending little gifts on occasions (loved that gesture). Maintenance staff was very efficient, they provided service in a timely manner. On the downside, they had water works quite a few times and water outage during repair work period. Management did notify about the outage beforehand though. Additional maintenance work kept going on within the community like entrance/exit gate was out of order, road work within the community etc. Why does the gates need repairing after about every 3/5 months? Although the maintenance work dint bother me entirely yet it was a bit annoying to see this every now and then. There were several burglary cases in the community. We had to buy monitoring camera for security. But again burglary seems to be common in entire Houston. We really had to be extra cautious for that. Our move-out process was a breeze, their management staff changed during our stay, nevertheless it was really good working with all of them. read more

I've been living here for two years and although the new management staff is friendly, it's definitely time to find a new home. If you work nights or work from home, find another place to live. The excessive leaf blowing EVERY SINGLE DAY for 2-2.5 hours is sure to drive you insane. I've spoken to management and nothing can be done, so we're stuck with endless, excessive noise every single morning of every single day. Other tenets have complained as well with no changes. I guess moving leaves around the complex is more important than our sleep. It's noon and Ive been wide awake since 9am after working a graveyard shift due to the excessive, loud leaf blowing. If you work from home or nights, I would recommend you find a more quiet community because you will pull your hair out every single morning searching for peace and quiet. Update after response from management: One thing I will say about Camden is that they are responsive. With that being said, no accommodations have been made regarding the noise complaints despite the response given here on yelp. Other Camden facilities are "well kept" and maintained just fine without disturbing those working different schedules. I dont think we're asking for a pot of gold; just peace and quiet to sleep. The leaves blown for hours on end, around and around every day that aren't never collected, the excessive power washing early in the morning,etc... would drive ANYONE nuts. Sure it's pretty on the outside for two to three hours, until the wind blows them back everywhere-- but is it worth sleep and peace and mind? I think only residents living it can answer that. I was planning to lease here, but decided to go a different route. The Camden team asked me to leave a review: From what I saw during the day, the complex is small, quiet, and well kept. I was told it was the first Camden every built back in the 90's. The buildings still look pretty good, and there appears to be ample parking for guests. The gym and the pool are pretty small as well. The staff was really nice and professional, and it was easy to apply and get approved online in just a few minutes. Random facts: Camden does not accept packages, & cable + internet are automatically bundled into your rent, and you can't opt out; so these could be issues for some. The area is not safe, it has high crime based on Trulia reports. I felt it too. After I was approved, I went back to take another look at the property & unit on a lunch break. No one was in the front office, so I just continued through and did my walk around, but then realized I was being followed at some point, then literally chased down as I was heading out to my car. It freaked me out! The staff recognized me, but said she would have usually called HPD to cite for trespassing! I was completely taken aback, and realized while the staff does their best to keep the complex safe and monitored, it really must not be a safe area. I completely understand that the staff is just doing their jobs and commend them, but as a single woman I just didn't feel safe staying around there, and this was just in broad daylight. Be sure to have an escort at all times if you go visit so you don't get caught up in anything crazy. This complex is Blue Star Certified, so they work with the police; which is great, but the feeling that someone is always watching you made me uneasy to a degree. Just an update on my prior review. The staff really stepped up when I needed them. Late yesterday afternoon I lost all power to my unit except for the master bedroom. And yes there was no AC! Maintenance responded immediately and did some troubleshooting. It was determined that an electrician would have to come out to resolve the problem. I was afraid that I might be without power all night but they were able to get the electrician out here after hours and restore my power. Kudos to Cassie Fly and Jose Rangel for resolving my outage in the middle of a hot summer and keeping me informed. read more

This is only our 3rd month here, but I thought I'd add a review since I have the time right now. I could come back and update it later. We live in a two bedroom, upstairs apartment. We previously moved from a townhouse in another city and have lived in 2 other apartments before. Overall, we have really enjoyed this apartment complex. It seems reasonably priced for this area and what you get out it. It loses out on 5 stars for the pet fees and the parking (hard to rate something as perfect). Interiors: Kitchen seems above average. Decor accents are simple but don't look cheap. Spacious bathrooms, especially the master with a walk-in closet large enough for 2 people's clothes. Carpet was fresh if not new. Seemed to be freshly repainted which did lead to some doors sticking for a while before it pulled off the paint in spots along the edges (not a big deal). Grounds: Landscape maintained weekly. Little to no trash except for occasional pieces near the enclosed dumpster. A few doggie trash bins are around (we lucked out being near one for our convenience). Two entrance gates at front and 2 exit gates on west and east sides. Overall, a smaller complex with only maybe 10-12 buildings (?). Pool and gym are proportionately small but clean (haven't used either). My favorite aspect was the trees throughout the grounds so you don't feel like you're walking in vast parking lot. Pets: One large disappointment is the pet fees. There's a one-time $400/pet fee, a $100/pet deposit, AND a $20/month rent. That's over $700 per pet in the first year! Then again, that may be the standard nowadays. It certainly allows them to fix up the apartment after move-out if pets tear it up. Parking: Parking is tight. Spots adjacent to the buildings are for residents, but there's maybe 8-10 spots per building with some of them reserved for those who pay for a covered spot. They also have some garages that are underneath the central units. Visitors and spill-over park along the back fence-line which is a minute walk if you go straight from the front to the back. If you get here late when everyone is already home, you may have to park on the opposite side of the complex which can be a 3-4 minute walk. Neighborhood: The area is a mix of apartment complexes and residential. Bus stops all along Richmond. Beltway 8 is 2 minutes west although the intersection of Westpark Tollway and Beltway 8 is cramped at rush hour. Two blocks north is Westheimer which has a ton of stores, restaurants, groceries, etc. Lots of food options around (Vietnamese, BBQ, Greek, American, Brazilian, Indian, Chinese), especially being less than 10 minutes from Chinatown. Large movie theater (30 screens) also less than 10 minutes away although we got spoiled with theaters having nice recliners and reserved seating online back in Ft. Worth. Studio Movie Grill at Memorial City has online reserved seating but no upgraded seats anywhere near here. Noise: We have 2 neighbors adjacent to us and one below. Haven't heard anything yet from them. Our unit faces the corner of Richmond and Elmside (side street) so we do get street traffic noise from Richmond. It isn't like living in a downtown city, but it is noticeable when there's a car honking or emergency siren. That isn't unusual by itself, but it can drown out the TV temporarily when it happens. It's probably not an issue for units not along Richmond (about 4 units that do). Safety: There's a very noticeable, well-lit emergency call box right as you enter the complex. Most of the major sidewalks are lit up at night and there's a light outside every door. The complex is fenced with rod-iron (7ft tall?) along the streets and wood along the backside. It's a deterrent as most fences/gates are. There isn't any local security guard that I know of not that I think there needs to be (just in case you were curious). Maintenance: We haven't had any need to fix anything at this point. Staff: We've only interacted with staff a few times, but they were polite and pleasant those times. They've been responsive the times we've needed assistance. I don't think the 2 I've interacted with have been here for long. *Rent includes Water, Trash Valet and Cable/Internet (Xfinity). If you're looking for a fabulous apartment in the Westchase area.... you HAVE to move here. Best. Choice. Ever. This was my first Camden experience and it was above and beyond my expectations! My husband and I lived here for a year until we built our home, and I must say, we're both a little sad to leave. We never experienced a problem with parking, theft/ crime activity, or even obnoxious neighbors. The grounds are super well-kept and I feel like our rent was very competitive compared to the apartments in the area. I really liked this smaller community because it felt more like a neighborhood instead of a bulky apartment complex and we always felt very safe. The staff here is top notch! Any time we had questions or just went in to grab a package, they were more than accommodating and super friendly! They would even offer us bottled water if they saw us working out in the gym :) Oh, and the events they put on are super cute like 'Thirsy Thursdays' where they have sodas and beer you can just swing by and grab. I've been living here since December 2017 after very very thorough evaluations of different apartment complexes in Houston. I'm so glad I decided on this one. I feel very safe, I feel that any requests or services are responded to promptly, and it's just a really comfortable place to live at. Yes there have been reports of break ins, and there have been numerous disruptions from construction or reparations here and there but I feel like management does their best to make sure we're okay and that we're informed. The same thing happened to me as one of the other recent reviewers. Somebody had hit my own car and run away in the property parking lot. I got a rental car for the period my car was being repaired, and because of all the other troubles that I had, I forgot that the car does not have a parking permit! Most of the times 95% of times I would say there is no parking spot available near my apartment and each night I have to park in visitor parking two blocks away! And taht night I was lucky enough to find an available spot near my apartment and I parked the rental car. The morning after I saw the car is gone. I went to the office and they confirmed the car is towed! I had to go to work but instead I went to the storage lot, which was a hell of experience. The storage lot was Mid-west Auto Storage located in 9520 S. Kirkwoord. The storage lot people were so impolit, aggressive and abusive and they refused to release the rental car because the return date on the rental agreement had been expired!! The reason being as simple as the auto body shop that was repairing my car had given me the rental car and they repairing took more than what they expected at the beginning. It took me half a day till finally I could release the car and get back to work. I was shaking and crying after I left there...never ever go near this place. The apartment management listened to what happened but they refused to take any action regarding refunding the 250$ towing fee and addressing my complaint from the Storage center. They are also recently refusing to keep your packages and increased the rents with no reason. I also heard about a number of break in events in the property. read more

Been living here for 1 year now. The PROS: Good location, friendly maintenance employees. The CONS: Several break-ins in 2017, multiple water leaks, broken gate, stolen package out of my door. Getting out of a lease is horrible! If you don't feel safe in your home and you want to break your lease, good luck to you as management doesn't care. Also, remember that you pay $85 cleaning fee plus they might charge you more for a "supposedly" dirty carpet when you leave. For the price, I would suggest looking somewhere else. read more

Camden is clean, quiet, easy and conveniently located by Houston's inner city and Top Shopping areas. The staff is always professional and nice. The maintenance men come within a day to fix any problems quickly and efficiently. Each apartment complex has little minor issues but this place seems to have it well managed and all is in order. I called the Camden Stonebridge last week and then went to take a look. Jayane was the Leasing Consultant on duty and her customer service was fabulous! I decided that it would be too far from my work, so I didn't rent there, however she was very proactive in telling me about the other Camden properties closer to the areas I would be working. She checked two other properties and gave me written info on each...circling all pertinent info and putting it all into a very nice folder for me to take alone. Then each of the listing agents from those other properties called me the same day. I recently just moved into Stonebridge and it is a beautiful, quiet community. My neighbors are also friendly as weLl. I also love that my ceilings are vaulted! What a plus. I wanted to give a shout out to the maintenance supervisor Dario, he is amazing and super sweet! You can really tell he takes pride in his work, and follows up with everything. Camden is very lucky to have him on their staff. My actual apartment layout and furnishings are fabulous. Camden definitely has a great interior. What they fail to mention is the high turnover and inexperience management staff. Countless times has water been shut off when I am needing to prepare for work or break ins to cars. I was promised Luxury living and yet when my ac went out in June it took over a week to fix and the new unit I received was BROKEN. I was promise security and break ins occur in not only cars but apartments. I was promised customer service and I have been pushed to the point to never live in an apartment complex again. The money I wasted this year on repairs and issues at Camden is insane. Consider a Camden property for sure but do NOT consider this one. read more

I moved in to Camden Stonebridge due to Harvey Hurricane on 6 month lease. I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia Martinez, she was very help throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns during the initiation move in. Stonebridge is very clean community and I never had any issues with bugs in the unit, maintenance is great request are completed with 48 hours. The only issue was parking it was a nightmare if your not home before 8 PM. Neighbors pretty much keep to themselves. Most of community events are during work hours. I did not renew due to the increase of the rent and opted to transfer to sister community. Wakita help me through that process and she was awesome. She kept me posted every step of the way. We lived at this property for 9 years and loved almost everything about it. My only complaint ever was the parking. Parking is not assigned so I often walked across property at night because spots by my unit had been taken. Otherwise, the staff is great from the leasing office to maintenance to security that walks the grounds at night. The apartment location is perfect for an easy commute to work in the Galleria area and everything you could need is right there around you. No location is ever perfectly safe but we lived in a corner unit and never had a safety concern. We had home security so we took our security into our own hands and didn't unrealistically rely on our community to handle everything. We loved it at Camden and we would still be there if they offered a 4 bedroom...we needed more room and that's the only reason why we walked away. read more

1. Camden Stonebridge (CS) avidly tows residents' vehicles. We bought a new car and it was towed from my residence over night even though it was registered under a resident's name. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the couple in front of us were also residents of CS who also had their vehicle towed. Before picking up the car we went to the office where a Camden employee, Fardes, said there was nothing she would do to help us, except give us contact information to the towing company. We explained to her that this was the first day that the office was open and available for us to get a new tag because we work 6 days a week. Her response was that she also works 5 to 6 days a week and we should have parked under visitor parking. She was awful. She lectured us about what we should have done before our car was towed as if we were time travelers. She didn't even offer/suggest that we get a new tag so that this wouldn't happen again. We walked away without any resolution and she made us feel completely unappreciated as residents. 2. Poor energy efficiency. It's not even summer yet and our apartment never reaches under 82 degrees. It's currently 5:30pm, my AC has been running for ~3 hours, and it's still at 83 degrees as it was when it started. We have called maintenance about our AC twice, installed curtains and bought portable fans, but it's still hot all the time. I'm preparing myself for big energy bills this summer. 3. Constant water shut offs. It's been shut off at least 9 times over the past 6 months for hours at a time. Thankfully, Camden notifies us before these events occur. Unfortunately, Camden doesn't have the same courtesy when towing residents' cars. 4. Water stains are coming through the ceiling and growing. Maintenance came promptly and assessed the situation. However, I guess it was agreed that it would be more trouble to us to fix it than to leave it be. I hope they're right. read more

I have been living here two weeks now. I love my apartment. It is very spacious and all the appliances are either brand new or in great condition. I was a little sceptical about moving at first because of some reviews about burglary but when I went on the tour it was love at 1st site! It was everything I was looking for minus being on the 3rd floor when time to carry groceries and stuff. Parking is a little bit of a hassle. I don't think they counted correctly when doing apartment to parking lot ratio. Lol but besides that I'm loving my new home. The office staff is so nice and I like the community news page so we can keep each other in the loop and be aware of our neighborhood. I haven't tested out any of the amenities yet but the pool area is beautiful at night! The gym is always nice with 24 hour access. I can't wait to utilize it. Pros. Things work properly like hot water, ac, and electricity although they do maintenance on the water like every month. Pamela is great. Nice and clean complex. Convenient to major hwys and streets. No bugs as of yet. Been here about 5mths now. Sturdy floors so u dont feel like ur stomping if ur upstairs. Cons. $$$$$$$$$$ for buncha crap like cable, trash valet, etc... that most can do without but TOO BAD! Ur gona pay for them. Ive been wanting to save a dog from a shelter but the thought of having to pay a monthly rent for a dog and a non refundable fee no matter what is pure greed. Ill have none of that tyvm. $300 per pet isnt enough? $15-$25/mth x 12mths = more than what i paid for the dog, it being neutered, a huge bag of dog food, a collar, a leash, and shots for less. Thats like buying a civic but paying for a bentley. Parking...better put out another $35/mth or get ready to spend 5mins walking from ur car to ur apt 9/10 times. Flooded walkways every time it rains. I would like to suggest building like a wooden ramp to place over the flooded walkway areas. Living in a nice n pricey apt most likely means ur job requires nice professional clothing so that 5min walk in the rain to/from ur car/apt is only gona cost u more for dry cleaning. Since we are paying extra for trash valet that NO ONE NEEDS, you would think they would order a bigger dumpster for the complex when it overflows daily! Ive had multiple misunderstandings/miscommunication with the staff multiple times, even before i became a tenant. Call center tells me one thing, one lease agent says another, then another... Neighbor's door is only a few inches away from your own. I can walk into my neighbor's apt without stepping on the outside ground Bad idea of u don't have $$ to blow. Otherwise good place. read more

I initially enjoyed my stay here, but it's been getting worse and worse. They keep adding bullshit charges (a few dollars a month, but still), and now they won't even take packages at the front office. I am definitely not renewing my lease after what happened today, though. So we got a rental car last week after we had an accident. Since we were in shock and were busy dealing with physical and financial damage, it slipped out mind to notify the office that our rental car would be parked in the complex for a week. This morning, the rental car was gone. Initially we thought it was stolen, since the FRONT GATE WAS WIDE OPEN ALL MORNING! The lady at the front office (I forgot her name- she wasn't the community manager, but was in the manager's office) simply told us that it had been towed, and that it was out fault. No apology, or even a suggestion as to how we can avoid getting towed from our own apartment complex in the future. It was also her attitude, which said "you are an idiot" that really made me angry. When we asked where we can park the rental car, she said, "visitor parking." We asked, "Do you mean along the fences?" To which she replied, "No, where there's a visitor parking sign." The thing is, there's like one spot in the complex that has visitor parking sign, and that is hidden all the way in the corner. I've never even seen it until today, as we don't ever have visitors. I guess that it was our fault that our car had to be towed and that we are $225 short (in addition to the fucking paint that they sprayed on my rental car at the pound), but that woman in the front office was truly unhelpful, not to mention incredibly rude. The beginning of my stay was not very pleasant. They changed the office staff about 7 months ago. The change in staff created a wonderful living experience. The manager Reagon truly cares about everyone who lives and works there. She and her team go above and beyond. She had started fixing a few things in the community that she is able to because the tenants had concerns. She is trying to make it a better place with a better living experience for everyone. It is rare to come across someone like her and I am so glad that she has an amazing team to absorb all that she has to offer. Raelyn is following right behind those footsteps to leave an amazing impact as a leasing agent. I would recommend her to anyone! My only issue is that Camden is cheap when it comes to "remodeling". They paint over old paint and don't do it correctly and it peels. Done if the drawers in the kitchen are hard to open bc the stove is directly next to it. The hot water never lasted long. You have to bundle a technology package with rent and have no choice but to pay for the one package they have. You also have to pay for City trash asking with valet trash and have no choice. The garages are very very small and can't fit a lot of vehicles in them and you have to keep the garage once you add it on. Their newer maintenance crew is amazing and gets things done fast and gets them done the right way. They also smile and wave when they are around the community! They keep the landscape nice and clean of dog potty and other things. They have waste baskets for dog potty and two sets of dog bags to pick it up and throw away. These are spread throughout the community. The people who have animals that they walk are almost like a friendly community in itself. Camden also trys to award a pet of the month every month! They take the pets picture and you get a special box of treats for them. They now do a lot of fun social events that I love!!! Camden has a site for anyone who lives there and they get an option to create a log in. You can pay rent when you please or set reoccurring payments, list items for sale or buy items for sale, place or get updates on any service request, create a pole and more! I bought a couch from a neighbor that was much more secure than finding a couch in an add or cheaper than in store and it was right in my own community instead of driving to fit it in a vehicle. The Camden team is also active on this site and post about events or address issues or post motivational stuff etc. The pool is always clean and there are beautiful Color changing lights in the pool at night. It is hard to swim at certain times due to crowding during the summer when school is out but it's not bad. . Parking is awful!! If you can afford it, buy a parking spot near your apartment. They tow those that are parked where they shouldn't be but they do give a warning in case it was an accident. If you're looking for a home community that is close knit , from the office to the people that reside there, this may be the place for you. I wish they could expand and have townhomes or something similar, if they did, I know I would be back there quicker than you could snap your fingers. I just moved in two months ago and so far everything has been great. I had an AC issue three weeks ago and I sent a email to Cassie Fly (Camden Staff) and the repair guys replaced/fixed it within two hours! They were on top of it. I also like that they keep me informed of any suspicious activity and also send out emails for social events they hold to try and keep the apartments a tight and safe community. I'm a young energy professional and have been very happy with my Camden apartment and its staff. I'm looking forward to summer so I can fire up one of those nice grills they have by the pool soon. read more

Pros: The leasing office is professional and they really go above and beyond for the residents. Maintenance are prompt and thorough. I have not seen a bug in my apartment during the 2+ years that I've been here. The community is small, clean, quiet, and overall a great place to live. Cons: Some of the buildings don't have enough parking spaces close by. The amenities are somewhat limited like a small workout room, small pool, stackable washer and dryer, faux wood, faux granite etc. And the rates are higher than other apartments in the area. There are few property management companies that genuinely care about their tenants as much as the management and staff of Camden Stonebridge does. My experience with them has been stellar from the beginning. My apartment was neat, clean and ready for move-in. They gave expert, efficient and prompt care to maintenance issues and made me feel welcome to my new home. I'm glad to have chosen Camden Stonebridge as my new home in Houston. read more

This Camden property is extremely overpriced for What you get. I was quoted 1506 for an apartment that was a 2 bedroom not even over 1000 square feet, no granite countertops, very small bedrooms and closets and not even a washer and dryer. Mind you, these apartments are not near "prime" areas of town and they are charging prices that apartments in the medical center, galleria, Kirby and uptown/midtown properties are charging to be steps away from everything and these aren't even near it! Our leasing agent went through the motions. Wasn't outstanding service or Anything that would make you want to lease here. Just day by day "trying to get by" attitude. My mother has very bad knees and explained this before the tour. She asked multiple times was the model far from the leasing office and the leasing agent continued to say no. Turns out the model is all the way at the back and to the left Corner of the complex. She couldn't even walk back to the office, I had to have the manager call someone that had a golf cart. We are in Texas with 100 degree weather wasn't offered water, shown main property amenities or anything( pool, fitness center, not anything). Amenities inside the apartment are not up to par for the price AT all and I'm very surprised that this is a Camden property as they are usually very nice. I will Not be leasing here and by the price point in sure many others won't either. Try other camdens, if you just want to go Through their property management. They have great management but this property is for the birds. read more

I rented sight unseen because I lived in another state. So far this place is horrible. I rented a garage thinking I would be able to store some stuff here. When I arrived the garage is shared by three people and I was told I can't store anything because of that. To make it worse I'm waken up by the sound of a garage door opening 5 days a week at 630. They failed to tell me my apartment is over the 3 connected garage doors. I complained and asked to move they told me I could in 3 months if I paid a 500 dollar fee. Also I pay for the internet package which is suppose to have two tv connectors and Wi-Fi. There's no cable outlet in the bedroom. I tried to cancel the tv and keep the internet I was told I have to keep the package. So I'm paying for something I don't have. Lastly I indicated when I moved in several stains on the carpet they didn't address it. I put a work order in and it's been a month and I still have stains in the carpet. I'm very disappointed with this place. read more

I walked in looking for a one bedroom apartment. I felt welcomed and was shown around the complex aswell as the vacant beautiful apartment. It seem like a very quiet and peaceful community, although it is priced a bit above my budget right now but I definitely look forward to joining this peaceful community in the new future. The community is well managed. The community management staff is friendly and efficient. The maintenance is quick and responsive especially on weekdays. Management has take steps to improve security. The community is close to many restaurants and also near beltway 8 which provides fast access to most parts of Houston. read more
