Call with Curtis sounded like they knew what they were doing so I brought it in. The mechanic Cody called me a day later to explain what he thought needed to be done...and she's running good again. Parts were standard OEM, and you pay for that, but I knew that when I bought the car. Labor seemed reasonable to me. Would recommend for any BMW that is past warranty.

They charged an exorbitant amount to replace my alternator and battery (battery was 2 months old)…read moreand on top of that did not tighten the alternator enough. I was able to wiggle the alternator by hand, which caused the belt to slip and unstable voltage. This triggered multiple codes including O2 sensor heater codes. After charging me $1600.00 and he wanted to charge me 80$ to use my debit card so had to get a cashiers check. This was my mother picking it up cause I was out of state she's 73 years old. Drove it to Morehead to interstate battery cause he said it needed a new battery which they tested the battery and it had a full charge the car wouldn't start. Called thw shop and there response was have it towed back here and you can add the tow charge to the bill. Umm no. So my mother was stuck for three hours trying to get a ride home and figure out with to do with the car. So in other words they ripped me for $1600. Don't EVER EVER EVER GO TO PATRIOT AUTO. Karma will get him.
