They sent an inexperienced caregiver who was inept, rude, and texted as much as she could. When I complained to Shane, her behavior got worse this time she started locking herself in the bathroom ostensibly to clean but it was basically to text more. My family paid for a service that has irrevocably damaged our family unit because I feel so upset with them for not being heard about how awful the caregiver was.

I like yourselves reading this felt outraged. What do you do? Easy.... stay calm and find a FIVE star Company that will take on a palliative patient. We were most fortunate that Dahlia through Shane doing his diligent screening, passed on our file to Dahlia. Within hours, we had services up and running once again. What a life safer! And don't kid yourself, Dahlia is a Registered RN. So you have medical advice 24/7; along with the VON; PSW; Palliative team chances are you most likely are linked with some other service. When this occurs Dahlia is always in the background guiding you and her PSW's. Most professional. If Dahlia is unable to get a shift covered, she even came out and covered it herself. Being that I'm from Alabama and not knowing the area they made me feel so welcomed. The receptionist always greeted me with a smile and every time I would called she answered like she was waiting on my call. A really nice women. As for my chiropractor (Dr. Alicia Castelhano) I could spend the next three days explain the lengths that she went through for me. She listened to each one of my issues and where i was thinking that the pain derived from. She made sure is was a comfortable and that it was as painless as possible. She even emailed me stretches that I could do on my own if my pain started acting up again. I've never met another chiropractor that went through what she did to help me with my pain. And that's here in Canada and back home in Alabama. She even asked for my chiropractors information so she could reach out to make sure that he stays on the same regiment as she began to try and correct my issues. To sum up..love them I wish I could take their entire office and place it in Alabama. Hopefully it won't be last time I see them. Best wishes, Bubba
