He guided me through the right exercises, core-strengthening, and stretching routines to avoid flare-ups. He's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely caring. Plus, he's so entertaining -- you'll never be bored during your sessions! The clinic itself has a calm, welcoming atmosphere and is very well-equipped, which makes the overall patient experience even better. Entrance is thru IGA - or the pharmacy where there's an attached hallway with various types of medical clinics like walk-in, denture, etc. This is my second experience with physio, both through car accidents, and NO, I was not at-fault. Other than that, I don't think I'm the usual patient who'd seek out this kind of treatment. I assume that other patients come in thru sports injuries...and maybe repetitive work injuries for people who have insurance. Instead of going to a "preferred" clinic suggested by my insurance company, I decided to do my own research. (In the past, I haven't had the best treatment thru these suggested places. Plus, they're usually in out-of-the-way locations from me.) I read great reviews thru Google about Thrive, the receptionist was more than able to answer my questions, and they were one of the few that are transparent with their pricing. It is on their website. So they checked quite a few of my boxes, plus it is soo close to my house! I'm not done with my treatments, but the physiotherapist (& clinic owner), Peter was quick to put me at ease about the whole process. I was admittedly anxious, stressed, and a bit skeptical about getting help. So far, so good! Feels like a bit of a reset to my health and overall well-being.

Being that I'm from Alabama and not knowing the area they made me feel so welcomed. The receptionist always greeted me with a smile and every time I would called she answered like she was waiting on my call. A really nice women. As for my chiropractor (Dr. Alicia Castelhano) I could spend the next three days explain the lengths that she went through for me. She listened to each one of my issues and where i was thinking that the pain derived from. She made sure is was a comfortable and that it was as painless as possible. She even emailed me stretches that I could do on my own if my pain started acting up again. I've never met another chiropractor that went through what she did to help me with my pain. And that's here in Canada and back home in Alabama. She even asked for my chiropractors information so she could reach out to make sure that he stays on the same regiment as she began to try and correct my issues. To sum up..love them I wish I could take their entire office and place it in Alabama. Hopefully it won't be last time I see them. Best wishes, Bubba
