The wait wasn't too bad and they have volunteers that go around to precheck you in. If you are very old/feeble, you can go to the front of the line. They have special waiting spots inside for you where you can sit. If your scheduled time is coming up, do not wait at the end of the line, go to the front with your print out and let them know. Surely things have improved, so it's time for a friendly update! (If my visitors are reading this, no...you didn't scare or intimidate me... I'm just not angry anymore.) My own experience at TMLA was negative and humiliating. But I cannot imagine that the issues that were present years ago could continue to slip by unnoticed. Although my time at The Academy did not benefit me, there are many others who did find it helpful. Eventful and informative open houses are held at least once a year and visiting parents and students have a chance to speak with EVERYONE.
