At first i used to take oragel with me so that i numb my gum to limit the pain but now no more i don't even numb anything cz of how good the doctors are. They refuse to provide me with my treatment plan and work that was done. The receptionist hung up on me and I've since filed a formal complaint. I called a dozen times to get information after my exam and they denied telling me about the work they completed. Its now been three weeks. Also they will not answer the phone it took over two weeks and over 12 calls and four voicemails. I hope that everyone reads this before making the mistake of coming here. It seems they only want your insurance money and do not care about the customer.

However, when I came in for my appointment the inside is beautiful & clean, the staff is so welcoming, and they educated me on my dental hygiene. The inside is nice and modern, they have cozy chairs and massage chairs. There was a lady frequently checking and cleaning the restroom. Those things are important because the dentist can be intimidating so it's important to feel comfortable. The receptionist is nice, I think her name was Aracely! Linda was sooo sweet, she honestly calmed my nerves! She made me feel comfortable, and answered any questions I had. There was also another girl that helped me, I didn't get her name. She was younger with a bun, and she was also so nice. I went in for a consultation and when I was finishing to make my appointment the receptionist was helping me choose a time. Two other workers chimed in to give feedback and their opinion about my appointment. They were able to input their opinion without being rude or belittling the receptionist and to me that shows they have a strong team here, and they other workers are listening and paying attention. So 10/10 teamwork, I'd rather everyone working be in my business suggesting/offering their advice, than going with an appointment time that may not have worked out. I came in for a cleaning, I haven't been to the dentist in years. I also came in for composite bonding. Robin, was the one who did my cleaning and she has great hospitality. She educated me so much on my teeth, and how they were when I went in, and how to maintain them. She pointed out what my previous dentist didn't do correctly, and she gave me in depth reasons as to why it was done improperly and told me how it should be done and she did that for me. Very sweet lady ! And I didn't get the name of the man who did my bonding, but he was nice. During my consultation he gave me a brief explanation about composite bonding and what not to eat. I will say that there was minimal conversation about how I wanted my teeth, I thought they would ask me what my goals were or what look I was going for but they didn't. Before the procedure started I asked him if he could add length to my two front teeth and he said he could maybe add a little length. The procedure was pretty quick maybe an hour, my teeth were done very nice. I did have a breakdown in the car because I wasn't used to them yet tho. After the procedure, we took a quick look he said give it 48 hours then call if I wanted any adjustments or changes, that I can floss don't be afraid to floss like normal, and he left. Super brief convo, I didn't get any aftercare tips or what to expect or anything. So when I got home I was panicking because my front two teeth had no gap, no space to floss. I just assumed it was because it was still freshly done, but even two days later I couldn't get the floss between my front teeth. It's been about two weeks, I still can't get floss inbetween them as easy as my other teeth, I had to force it in between. Over all, great staff, great work

Despite that, he went above and beyond to take me in the same day. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with so much care and compassion that it immediately put me at ease. You can genuinely tell that he cares about his patients and their comfort. I had my wisdom tooth removed, and the experience was unbelievably smooth. At a later appointment, during a cleaning performed by the owner, I was told that one of my teeth had chipped and was offered a repair "if I wanted to." There was no explanation of how this related to prior notes about enamel weakness, and I was left unclear as to whether this information was being tracked or consistently communicated between providers. The final issue that led me to leave the practice occurred when I arrived for an appointment, signed in, and waited for over an hour without being seen. At one point, it became apparent that I had been overlooked. When this was brought to the staff's attention, I was told that I "should have said something," and it was also suggested that where I chose to sit in the waiting room led staff to assume I was with another family who had arrived earlier. This was confusing to me, as I had signed in upon arrival and was present in the waiting area the entire time. At that point, I no longer felt confident in the office's internal processes or communication. I have since moved on to a different dental practice, where all my concerns were clearly explained and addressed. I'm beyond grateful I was able to find a new practice. The office billed and collected payment from both insurance and the patient for the same period of orthodontic services, resulting in a confirmed duplicate payment. This has been verified by the insurance provider. When a refund was requested, the office stated it would only be issued at the end of treatment and only if an overpayment remains. This position ignores the fact that this is a confirmed duplicate payment, not a projected overpayment. Under California law, including Business and Professions Code §732, duplicate payments must be refunded within a specified timeframe upon request. Despite this, the office has refused to issue a timely refund. There are also ongoing concerns with communication and coordination within the office, particularly between orthodontic and general dental services. Proceed with caution, actually don't proceed at all, please trust me when I tell you "they are fire and you will get burned" please don't learn for yourself
