He is quick and efficient with each and every assignment given from fixing glass cracks in window (w/glass glue I provided) to repairing wood knobs on a large dresser and gluing back a wood strip on a 2 drawer filing cabinet (w/wood glue I provided,) to adding a missing plastic floor protector piece to a dining room chair leg (w/part provided by me,) to installing a double bath towel bar, to removing old kitchen counter caulk and old shower bathtub caulk and re-caulking, and to hanging up/rehanging 1 large clock, and 9 different pieces of artwork. Egor is a dedicated worker who kept coming back to me to ask "what next?" upon completion of each task. He is hardworking and uses the time wisely to accomplish the project goals set before him. In fact, my bff (from when we were 12 yrs old) is a property mgr for our schoolmate/friend whose family owns several properties around Eagle Rock. She's been here both times Egor did work for me and she has observed what a good worker Egor is and anticipates sending some future projects his way. After my 2 very positive experiences with Egor, I have told him that he is now my dedicated handyman and all future projects I have would be sent to him to handle. I highly recommend Egor, without reservations, for any of your handyman needs. He has the best, most reasonable rates from all the other bids I received on Yelp. In addition, he responded to my 1st project request within 10 minutes. However, my 2nd request he was on a whole day job so wasn't able to get back to me until end of day. What counts most for me is his reliability. When he says he will be here to help me, he will show up.
