My intent in this entry is to refute, bare minimum, the both professional and personal attacks cited on 06/08/19, above.
And before I continue, I might add that anyone reading the above review can request all of my supporting documentation.
That being said:
The personal attacks & mocking nature on your part speak to YOUR CHARACTER.
Beyond that, the mischaracterizations and outright misleading events are not only UNTRUE, but SHAMEFUL.
YOU owe my firm between $2,100 - and $12,000, depending on the extent to which I choose to lay claim against you in court.
Unfortunately, you choose to LIE and MISLEAD, resorting to SLANDERING my name & reputation, putting my livelihood at great risk.
YOU BOTH commended me for my work. On numerous occasions.
"MY WIFE LOVES YOUR WORK" is one such text which I have saved, along with a variety of others, that refute your shameful and misleading accusations.
YOU executed a contract in which I was 100% forthcoming in terms of the licenses I held. You knew this WELL IN ADVANCE. Your Mortgage Company also knew and approved.
So please do NOT feign ignorance.
The contract you executed was VERY specific in scope.
And it was YOU that ALTERED the scope by adding a number of additional items which doubled the allotted time. Asking someone to double the project load and then claim things to be "running behind" is not a very credible approach.
Neither is taking a personal, vindictive approach.
Further, to make claim that I had charged "only 1/2 of the regular price" is a complete FALSEHOOD.
Our contract CLEARLY states otherwise.
To make this claim, when half-way through the project, you advise me that you had found "another contractor" that could "DO THE JOB FOR A FEW THOUSAND DOLLARS LESS" refutes that notion 100%.
It also shows the sort of UNTRUTHFUL, LYING, OPPORTUNISTIC individual you TRULY are.
My price was not too good to be true. Rather, it was just not good enough, apparently.
And what you did was resourcefully look for avenues in which to save an extra few thousand dollars while laying a number of false accusations on Social Media, mocking and impugning my character and ability.
Shame on you.
I must say that my shocking experience with you was both disappointing and eye-opening. Given your now apparent character; sadly, NOT AT ALL surprising.
Unfortunately, and as I've stated above: you've chosen to LIE and MISLEAD, resorting to SLANDER.
As of this writing, I've not been able to pursue this matter. But rest assured, I will.
As I mentioned at the open, my goal was to refute your untrue, misleading and slanderous accusations. I hope to have met this goal.
