The B.E.L.T was a conversation starter, the bread was buttery and smooth-melts right in your mouth after each bite. The egg with corn, never tried that combo but honey, it was fantastic!!!! The bacon was quite generous and prepared with the perfect crisp and the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, complementing the sandwich. The sauce on top was a shining star! So much flavor spread evenly throughout the sandwich. My boyfriend loved his grilled cheese sandwich which came with bacon and spinach. Definitely glad that I found this place! The dishes are mostly the same from the prior owner but prices have gone up and the dishes seem smaller and do not taste as good. High 20's/30'a prices for pasta dishes - one expects quality and fine dining. Not to be. Please try again.

I had completely forgotten they have a Starbucks on-site with a limited menu. Of course, I couldn't leave without grabbing a cookie and a chocolate croissant for later. The food arrived fresh, hot, and exactly as expected. The staff is always friendly and personable. You see professionals, students and the locals coming in and out, but there is seating available. Conversations are at a minimum and despite the attached restaurant you can still hear yourself and the other person without yelling. One thing I appreciate about Best Buns is the consistency. Whether it's been months or years between visits, the quality never seems to change. The sandwiches are flavorful, the ingredients taste fresh, and nothing feels like it was sitting around waiting to be reheated. Everything is prepared to order, and you can taste the difference. My sandwich disappeared one bite at a time, and Hubs completely demolished his croissant sandwich without hesitation. That's usually all the confirmation I need. Some restaurants are good.
