Currently finalizing our home purchase and would never recommend anyone to use Chris Chang as their…read morerealtor. Chang represented the sellers, we are the buyers. 1. He lacked a clear understanding of the real estate contract which brought a great deal of stress, inconvenience and monetary loss to all parties involved, especially his poor clients. 2. He is also painfully slow to respond or no response at all in some cases. 3. He lacks the professional etiquette really imperative in real estate thus causing Berkshire Hathaway to appear incompetent although I believe them to have some outstanding agents. Overall, his managers and people higher up in the chain of command had to all get involved due to his incompetence and unwillingness to recognize or accept the contractual errors he made. Even on move in day he is unwilling to give us the keypad entry code or respond to our realtors request for open communication.

We finally managed to get approved for a significantly higher loan and were able to start looking in mid-September. For 6 weeks, Leslie was working for us, night and day, putting in offers at 10 PM or sending us things to sign at 6 AM, and going with us to view homes. We are finally closing tomorrow on a house in the neighborhood we have always wanted! Leslie is a compassionate and caring realtor. She was always honest with us when we were tempted to put in an offer for a money-pit rather than trying to make a sale. She really cares about her clients and genuinely wants the best for them! She was always thinking of ways to strengthen our offer without increasing the risk beyond our comfort zone and once we got the house, we felt really safe with her because she sent us a timeline of what to expect and what we needed to do every step of the way. Leslie is the ideal real estate agent and I would give a heartfelt, glowing recommendation to anyone who was looking for a realtor.
