Love this park. Multiple trails. They have plaques along the way that describe the history and native wildlife. The park is great for kids.

What a hidden gem. This is more than a park it houses a nature center, dog park, hands on learning for kids, hiking trails and more! We spent a morning hiking, playing on the playground, and enjoying all the hands-on educational exhibits. You can even hear goats and see livestock near one of the hiking trails! The park is nice for toddlers and families. There is an entrance fee of $3 on weekdays and $5 on weekends (bring cash). You can also buy a year pass for $55. After our visit today, I think we will invest in a year pass, so worth it. Can't wait to return.

I love this park because it has some easy hiking trails and it's clean. I love the farm animals that "bahhhh" at you from the mountain when you're hiking and the cool rock to climb. Pretty chill spot! Easy hikes.

Parking fee is $3.00 and they only accept cash.

Beautiful, relaxing area. A good area to go walking, hiking and bring your dog. One of my favorite places to take my dog too.

The best part is the Drill and Play is with Coach Meredith. She's a truly excellent coach. It's a small session, limited to 12 players. You have to sign up through the AGAPE website. These Drill and Play sessions are set up so higher skilled players play one week, lower skilled players the next. The first hour every session is spent practicing a specific skill. Coach Meredith is a gifted teacher. She always breaks down the skill into bite sized chunks so it's easier to master. Like, for example, first practicing just the footwork itself, no ball or paddle. Then adding them on one at a time. After allowing adequate time to individually practice whatever skill is being taught, we play games the rest of the first hour without keeping score. Not worrying about the score gives one the opportunity to practice skills not yet fully mastered. The second hour is regular play. Coach Meredith circulates continuously, pumping everyone up with her positive energy and emphatic vocal encouragement, all the while providing further insight and/or instruction where necessary. This is a really beautiful park and wonderful place to play pickleball. Someone mentioned that the courts were recently resurfaced. Nice! Mikey C says: did I mention the adequate parking? Pitts Ranch Park has it!
