Mostly I see it's all Costco brand. Clothes are all new, if you are patient to look for your size you are guaranteed a great deal ( usually 50%off or more). They also have. Anne's and boxed goods. All the prices are marked with a sharpie so you know exactly how much everything is, if it doesn't, you asked them, I've tried haggling to no avail. However they usually just round out the price to your benefit. I've gotten a coat for $30, tennis shoes for my son $20 and books for a $1. Just sucks that's only cash accepted, so if you went bananas and bought more than you thought, then you're SOL. So minus one star for the inconvenience.

Despite this, the exchange was refused and with a sorry. When I asked for clarification, the manager on duty stated that she was new and had been trained not to process exchanges without a receipt. This explanation was disappointing, as it conflicts with the store's policy on dollar tree website and suggests a training issue rather than a policy restriction. I was frustrated by the inconsistency between the written policy and how it was enforced. Customers should be able to rely on posted store policies being applied correctly. I request that this issue be reviewed and that the exchange be honored in line with the store's policy. Then to ask customers if they want a receipt. If you say no and have to exchange an item they won't. I didn't want the money just another item which still had the original tags that was defective. This is the only dollar general store who doesn't honor the policy that's stated on the website. Also customers don't need the excuse that you are a new manager and was trained like that. Do right by the customer if you want us to return and spend our money there. Not like the store is losing money for an exchange, what a joke.

Apparently I interrupted her morning when she had to ring me up and bag my items. There was absolutely no line and no one in the store and she rudely pointed to the line que and said "the line starts over there but I guess I can help you !?" Then said nothing to me except " your receipts in the bag" .. Honestly someone needs to train Monique on customer service. I probably won't be back if this is the new trend in employees at Pottery Barn!
