After they completed the job and left I noticed that my Ocedar mop and bucket were missing. I reached out to them several Times to return it. I spoke to someone named James who was very rude and unprofessional. He said the mop and bucket wasn't taken instead of doing his research and rectifying the situation. (I've included text messages) I ended up speaking to Jazmine directly and she brought me back my mop. But I'm seeking a refund for the experience and the fact that I didn't receive the deep clean that j paid for. Save yourself the hassle and don't book with them.

I shared this concern with Dawit who assured me that if anything was below our level of satisfaction, he would take care of it himself. And he stood behind his word. Dawit was contracted to clean our temporary office for a week. We rented a house and used it for meetings; there was A LOT of foot traffic. The first day of cleaning was a little rough because of traffic jams, nevertheless, Dawit and his guy did a spotless job. Even after his guy became unavailable, Dawit and his wife stepped in and continued to do impeccable work. His wife, went above and beyond with pin-pointing areas that needed to be wiped down. Overall, they were on time, quick, efficient and communicated well with our needs. I definitely recommend him.

I was promised two workers, but one left after a few hours, leaving the other to fend for themselves (and leaving car oil stains in our driveway). When I arrived, the remaining cleaner was packing up to leave even though she wasn't even close to being finished. The business owner went to the site and admitted it was substandard work. Basically, they were doing a commercial job with Swiffers and a bottle of Windex! Even though one of the cleaners worked late and came back the next day for two hours, many of the areas were just breezed through, including places I told them they'd missed (you could see the dirt left on the floor--my designer took off her shoes and her feet were black after a matter of minutes). They didn't even have extenders to their Swiffers, so they couldn't clean the high places as promised (I had to loan them a ladder). Then I was billed for all the extra hours (with a minor 15% discount--Gee, thanks!). If you want basic maids doing a small amount of dusting and vacuuming, maybe. But anything more? Look elsewhere. I would give it one star, but at least the owner was willing to settle on a kill fee.

I was able to work from home today and received a message if I was interested in having a maid come and clean today. I thought how perfect this is. I was very wrong. The person who came to clean was 2 hours late and it was a man who showed up. I am a single woman who lives alone. At no point in time was I EVER informed the cleaner was going to be male. Every single time I have requested a cleaning service from ANY company it has always been women. NO ONE knows what women have gone through in the past with men and not disclosing a man is going to be entering my home is NOT okay. Now they know my security codes and where I live.
