KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED…read more If you have a clear idea of how you want your property to look, hiring Clean & Seal SoCal is a crapshoot. In my experience, the finished result was based on what they decided to apply--not what I requested and contracted for. My requirements were straightforward: semi-transparent stain for my stamped concrete, colors reasonably close to the reference image I provided, and a moderately glossy sealer that would enhance the colors. Co-owner Leon was actually very pleasant to communicate with. Louie, I believe the senior partner was a very different experience. Louie initially informed me they only use Ameripolish products. Because Ameripolish online color chart offered nothing close to my requested colors, I suggested Brickform, which had several appropriate semi-transparent stains. He refused. On application day, before the stain was applied, I told Louie the mixed color looked too dark. He looked me in the eye and said, "It's too late. It's already mixed." He refused to adjust it. After the stain was applied, it looked dull. I was assured the colors would "pop" once it was sealed. Immediately before sealing began, I asked Louie to use the glossier Ameripolish sealer I had researched. Only then did he reveal that he had not even used Ameripolish stain--AND that the stain they applied was not semi-transparent. When I reminded him that I had repeatedly requested a glossier, color-enhancing finish, he responded, "If you want glossy, then we're out of here!" That response from an owner was dismissive, confrontational, and completely unprofessional. FINAL RESULT The color was not what I requested. The stain was not semi-transparent as contracted. The sealer was nowhere close to the requested finish. My concerns were dismissed rather than professionally addressed. The owner threatened to leave when I insisted on the finish requested from the beginning. If you hire this company with a particular outcome in mind, keep your fingers crossed. Based on my experience, what you request may have very little to do with what you ultimately receive.

This company is amazing!!!.. I had pavers that were so bad you thought the color was grey and white…read moreas the previous contractor used the wrong sealer and it laid on top and turned white. Ecerytime I looked at them it was like a knife in my heart due to the rogianl cost to lay them. Louie got them to orginal color of gold, brown and red . He used the proper sealer this time for high desert. They may not be the cheapest company, but I actually called him when I saw the results and said " I was never so happy to pay someone before" They are amazing!!!! Nicest guy. I would recommend him and Clean Seal 100% no questions. I even asked him to get me a quote for another area ... All the colors and variations show . Don't try to save a few dollars you get what you paying for. Email me if you need any questions.
