He first offered 50% off my next pizza, but I said honestly I would rather take a refund or even partial refund on the pizza because I didn't have any interest in going back. He said okay we will void the transaction and it will take a few days to process it. No worries. A week goes by and I did not receive the refund. I called again and spoke to the same guy. He was unsure why I haven't received a refund. I offered to drive down to show them pictures and show them the charges on my bank app but he said no that's okay we believe you. He said he would have the owner reach out to me to resolve it. Two days later and I've yet to receive a call. Just a frustrating experience and waste of money. I know whoever took the pizza out of the oven saw it was burnt, wish they just would have remade it instead of trying to see if I would care. Not a big fan of burnt tasting pizza.

We definitely should've looked at the buffet before paying! It was empty! The salad bar looked completely picked over. When we asked if the spaghetti on the buffet would be replenished we were told by the employee that she'll see what she can do. The few slices of pizza that were left on the buffet were cold and hard. It was almost unbelievable that we paid for a buffet that had no food on it. Finally, the employee brought out a small tray of spaghetti to our table that had melted cheese all over it, and a man started to put pizza out on the buffet. Let me tell you...You're better off heading to the market for a Digorno and jar of Ragu. The food was awful. We would never, ever eat here again. Also, I would like to mention that it was highly inappropriate that a man, who I am assuming is the owner, was complaining about paying his employees the rate that he pays them to another customer loudly enough for us to hear at another table.
