They wouldn't honor coupons from a coupon booklet. No indication on it it was expired or that it was not valid - the gal up front simply said she can't take it that they no longer accept them. She wasn't too friendly. We used to come here often and it felt like maybe new ownership took over in the last year because the food wasn't as good as it used to be. Service was slow too about a half out for our order. They advised us it would be slow for our order to be made cause only two people were working and it was 6:45pm they closed at 9. So two pizzas, a calzone and some sodas over $80 bucks! Probably won't return since there are better pizza options locally cost and service wise. And we had to ask for straws, plates and a pizza server - they didn't give them with the order. My grand child dropped their pizza cause the plate was thin and flimsy. We usually go to the Hesperia location, however tried the Apple Valley location and ordered the pizza factory special which was supposed to come with onions, bell pepper, bacon, pepperoni, and fresh mushrooms. However, the mushrooms got left off and I had to bring it to their attention that it was missing the mushrooms, and the onions and bell pepper were so paper thin I really felt ripped off, I paid $25 for a medium pizza and had hardly any produce on it. Thankful for their employee, Jacob, who was quick to fix the problem and made us a mini pizza with mushrooms on it, which was way above and beyond what he could've done to resolve the situation. I'm so very thankful for him. My daughter was craving mushrooms so I'm so glad he did that for us.. he deserves a raise!! We go here all the time because it is always good. I had a Caesar salad and cheese pizza. I have had the chicken wings too and I like that they will give me all flats. The salad was fresh and crisp. I ordered it without croutons and dressing on the side. They put a ton of cheese on it which made it taste even better!! The cheese pizza was absolutely perfect. The crust was toasted to a beautiful golden brown. The cheese was fully melted but not burnt. The sauce had great flavor but was not too strong so I could still taste the cheese and crust. They also have a full bar now. I had a red wine which was good, nothing fancy, but I appreciate them having a good choice of drinks now. The service was great. The person who took my order was attentive and friendly. She knew her stuff. She asked the right questions and was willing to go the extra mile. The other lady who was cooking the pizzas seemed to be a manager type. She seemed a little less attentive and when we asked her to lower the blinds because the sun was in our eyes she said she would but she had to do it where we were sitting (like she could not do it because we were sitting in the space she needed to get to the blinds). So I jumped up and said OK, great. She stepped up on the seat of the booth I was sitting on and lowered the blinds. Then she got down and walked away. My wife and I went there on 5/29 to get dinner. I went up to the counter to place our order and the girl who was helping me was too busy chatting with her co worker and had to ask me a few times what I wanted. I ordered a medium sized vegetable pizza and added sausage and pepperoni. I also ordered a lasagna for myself and apparently she wasn't listening and didn't hear me again. When the pizza was brought to our table I thought well maybe the lasagna takes a bit longer after about 10 minutes she brought another pizza to a different table and I asked her is my lasagna going to be ready soon? She then said I wasn't aware you ordered a lasagna and I asked her so this pizza cost $38 and she said yeah because you added all those toppings. I was so surprised that adding two toppings to a $22 pizza would be an additional $16. What a complete rip off. I will never go back to this place again. I appreciate the fact that you were able to review your camera footage, does it also have audio? If it does you would hear me repeat the order and say Lasagna at least two times. Also, did you notice after the pizza was delivered to the table my wife sat and didn't eat any of the pizza for several minutes because we thought we were waiting for my lasagna. Did you also see that I didn't eat one bite of food the whole time we were there? I find it kind of ridiculous you didn't mention when I was ordering the conversation regarding the plates. I will start with the good, this pizza is consistently delicious and fresh. Dough seems to have the right amount of crisp to soft and the cheese, sauce, and toppings always taste fresh. I love a consistent experience. It's worth mentioning that the three star rating has to do with the delivery of a message from an employee. We placed an order confidently for pickup using the DoorDash app. The person working told my husband, "I need to see your confirmation number because we've had issues with people stealing." The person then proceeded to rudely ask, "WHAT IS YOUR NAME?" A little coaching could go a long way. The employee did not have to make it a negative experience by mentioning to us that people steal, you could be professional and ask politely to verify the order number and name please. We all have bad days but we did not walk in to this restaurant knowing YOUR verification policy (that we have no problem with, if you knew how to ask nicely and not in an accusatory manner). This Pizza factory has become such a disappointment!! I ordered delivery around 3:30 1-19-23 I ordered my pizza with light sauce. Thats not what showed up at almost 5. It was a soggy mess completely inedible. I drove it back to the restaurant and was greeted with a unapologetic worker who tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with my pizza and at best she was only going to remake one of my pizzas not both. I was extremely unhappy. She went and asked another unapologetic worker. Who also said no to remaking my pizza then the driver spoke up and said my pizza had sat on the top of the oven then the counter for 45 minutes before going on a road trip. To a delivery in the completely opposite direction from my home before being delivered to me. Thats why it was a soggy mess. The driver is the only employee with any ethics whatsoever. The service was decent, you basically order at the counter and they bring the food to you, and that's basically the most you'll get service wise unless you ask for something else. It's a cool place for watching sports events and it has a little arcade selection for the kids. The food: we ordered the Pepperoni Duo, an order of Mozzarella sticks, and boneless classic buffalo wings. The first thing to be brought out were the mozzarella sticks and let me tell you, when we saw the serving size compared to the price point, we were disappointed. We paid around $7-$8 for FIVE sticks. FIVE MOZZERELLA STICKS! We're a family of four and we were not happy about it. because of the small serving size. Needless to say they didn't taste too bad. Next, they brought out our pizza, the pepperoni duo. This one was pretty good and super fresh. The only complaint I have is that they don't have the pizza spatulas so it made it difficult to pull slices away without all the cheese and toppings falling off. The crust was ok, tasted kind of like a saltine cracker. I give the pizza a 7.5/10. Lastly, they brought out our boneless wings out. Granted I know a lot of people say boneless wings are basically chicken nuggets, that's exactly what these looked and tasted like. These were the most disappointing of the entire meal. They looked like budget Tyson chicken nuggets coated in a cheap BWW buffalo sauce! They weren't even fresh, they got cold within a few minutes of being brought to our table. All of this and two drinks and we paid $52. I can tell you now, this was definitely not worth $52. I'll gladly go to Gridiron Pizza instead next time and get my moneys worth. Today I ordered an XTRA large pepperoni pizza and a XTRAlarge pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom pizza. You have to pay extra for the sausage and mushrooms. The single item pepperoni was covered with pepperoni, almost solid. However when you add additional items you get less pepperoni cause you can see gaps and open spaces between pepperoni pieces. Seems like you don't get your moneys worth. Have to try somewhere else close by to get quick pizza that is good and gives you what you pay for.
