Apple Valley: Recently had their special: one topping mini pizza with a salad. It was a really good salad! Crisp and fresh tasting. Plentiful. The pizza was great, hot with good sauce flavor & lots of pepperoni. I even had two pieces to take home after the eating the salad & few pieces of pizza. This was a good deal. The place was clean and I noticed one young employee wiping down all the tables. He was very friendly to me. Good service! read more

Usually love this place, however, when we went on Friday, we received our pastrami pizza with a little slice missing. I asked the young lady that brought it to our table, "Who tried my pizza?" She just laughed it off and walked away. I'm thinking maybe a newer employee hadn't tried the pastrami yet and now they have. I hope they liked it. Please note: Nothing was missing from the extra large pep, breadsticks, or hot wings were ordered. ‍ read more

They wouldn't honor coupons from a coupon booklet. No indication on it it was expired or that it was not valid - the gal up front simply said she can't take it that they no longer accept them. She wasn't too friendly. We used to come here often and it felt like maybe new ownership took over in the last year because the food wasn't as good as it used to be. Service was slow too about a half out for our order. They advised us it would be slow for our order to be made cause only two people were working and it was 6:45pm they closed at 9. So two pizzas, a calzone and some sodas over $80 bucks! Probably won't return since there are better pizza options locally cost and service wise. And we had to ask for straws, plates and a pizza server - they didn't give them with the order. My grand child dropped their pizza cause the plate was thin and flimsy. Seems like the new owners are over priced yet cheap about what they provide to the customer. read more

Service is awesome and food was so good. P F is convenient, clean and such a great supporter of our local community.

This place has really gone down hill since changing ownership. Poor customer service. Employees don't even smile. Tables are always dirty. Salad bar is dirty. Restrooms are dirty. read more

We usually go to the Hesperia location, however tried the Apple Valley location and ordered the pizza factory special which was supposed to come with onions, bell pepper, bacon, pepperoni, and fresh mushrooms. However, the mushrooms got left off and I had to bring it to their attention that it was missing the mushrooms, and the onions and bell pepper were so paper thin I really felt ripped off, I paid $25 for a medium pizza and had hardly any produce on it. Thankful for their employee, Jacob, who was quick to fix the problem and made us a mini pizza with mushrooms on it, which was way above and beyond what he could've done to resolve the situation. I'm so very thankful for him. My daughter was craving mushrooms so I'm so glad he did that for us.. he deserves a raise!! I will be sticking to the hesperia location from now on never had a problem! read more

Pizza Factory - Mini pizza and salad sorry I started eating before taking a pic‍ - Pizza Near Me - Apple Valley, California

We go here all the time because it is always good. I had a Caesar salad and cheese pizza. I have had the chicken wings too and I like that they will give me all flats. The salad was fresh and crisp. I ordered it without croutons and dressing on the side. They put a ton of cheese on it which made it taste even better!! The cheese pizza was absolutely perfect. The crust was toasted to a beautiful golden brown. The cheese was fully melted but not burnt. The sauce had great flavor but was not too strong so I could still taste the cheese and crust. They also have a full bar now. I had a red wine which was good, nothing fancy, but I appreciate them having a good choice of drinks now. The service was great. The person who took my order was attentive and friendly. She knew her stuff. She asked the right questions and was willing to go the extra mile. The other lady who was cooking the pizzas seemed to be a manager type. She seemed a little less attentive and when we asked her to lower the blinds because the sun was in our eyes she said she would but she had to do it where we were sitting (like she could not do it because we were sitting in the space she needed to get to the blinds). So I jumped up and said OK, great. She stepped up on the seat of the booth I was sitting on and lowered the blinds. Then she got down and walked away. I took a napkin and wiped the seat off with her footprint and dirt. Other than this it was really good. When I think about a cheese pizza I think about this one for sure!!! read more

I had made it a point to not come to this place anymore because the staff was just so impersonal. I have come here again over the past month or so quite a few times and the staff is so friendly. Delicious food. Nice variety and specialties available. Friendly staff. Clean establishment. Convenient location to my home.

Best pizza place! Service was awesome. My family loved the sundevil special and we wouldn't spend our time at any other pizza spot !

Pizza was good and the wings were even better. Fun environment. Kids love the arcade games and the candy claw machine.

I came in to have dinner 1/6/2025 it was 8:00pm I payed for pizza and a beer horrible service looked like they didn't want to sever me I payed $50 I got the pizza but no utensils no plates the girl got the trash and after she gave me the plate and fork and she did not wash her hands read more

My wife and I went there on 5/29 to get dinner. I went up to the counter to place our order and the girl who was helping me was too busy chatting with her co worker and had to ask me a few times what I wanted. I ordered a medium sized vegetable pizza and added sausage and pepperoni. I also ordered a lasagna for myself and apparently she wasn't listening and didn't hear me again. When the pizza was brought to our table I thought well maybe the lasagna takes a bit longer after about 10 minutes she brought another pizza to a different table and I asked her is my lasagna going to be ready soon? She then said I wasn't aware you ordered a lasagna and I asked her so this pizza cost $38 and she said yeah because you added all those toppings. I was so surprised that adding two toppings to a $22 pizza would be an additional $16. What a complete rip off. I will never go back to this place again. I appreciate the fact that you were able to review your camera footage, does it also have audio? If it does you would hear me repeat the order and say Lasagna at least two times. Also, did you notice after the pizza was delivered to the table my wife sat and didn't eat any of the pizza for several minutes because we thought we were waiting for my lasagna. Did you also see that I didn't eat one bite of food the whole time we were there? I find it kind of ridiculous you didn't mention when I was ordering the conversation regarding the plates. The other employee helping the other customer was told there are plates in the back instead of going to get them she interrupted my order and was handed the plates from the employee who was helping me. She didn't repeat my order back to me if she would have I would have gotten the lasagna. Instead of posting the only part of your camera footage that makes you Right, why not tell the whole story and maybe a sorry. It's REALLY BAD business to come at customers the way you do! You could have really easy said sorry you had a bad experience. I stand by my review and I will not be returning. read more

I will start with the good, this pizza is consistently delicious and fresh. Dough seems to have the right amount of crisp to soft and the cheese, sauce, and toppings always taste fresh. I love a consistent experience. It's worth mentioning that the three star rating has to do with the delivery of a message from an employee. We placed an order confidently for pickup using the DoorDash app. The person working told my husband, "I need to see your confirmation number because we've had issues with people stealing." The person then proceeded to rudely ask, "WHAT IS YOUR NAME?" A little coaching could go a long way. The employee did not have to make it a negative experience by mentioning to us that people steal, you could be professional and ask politely to verify the order number and name please. We all have bad days but we did not walk in to this restaurant knowing YOUR verification policy (that we have no problem with, if you knew how to ask nicely and not in an accusatory manner). Will add since the business owner responded, it was NOT an experience with a door dash employee it was a PICKUP order so a person working at the restaurant's counter. read more

Update: I gave 4 stars because the manager responded and he/she was beyond pleasant. These days customer service has gone out the window. It is great to see that some people are still willing to assist. Thank you! read more

Couple of weeks ago Ordered a pizza and received the wrong pizza; contacted pizza factory about the issue and were offered a free pizza with our next order. Pizza Factory - Factory Special Pizza. - Pizza Near Me - Apple Valley, California

I AM EDITING MY REVIEW BECAUSE THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED "customer service" WAS A JOKE. I WAS THANKED FOR GOING THERE MULTIPLE TIMES BUT WHAT I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH WAS NOT ADDRESSES AT ALL!!!! Been to this location several times and have enjoyed it every time. Last night February 24 went for pizza and beer. The restaurant wasn't busy, but maybe they were busy doing takeout orders. Highly disappointed with the pizza as it wasn't good like it has been in the past. Wasn't much sauce had half of it with pepperoni you had to look for the pepperoni pieces and the flavor wasn't there. I left a two dollar tip in the jar, which may not be much for taking my order. I think that's a decent amount. There was no one who came and cleaned our table, brought two dishes instead of three dishes, there were three in our party. I ended up taking the dishes and put them on the bar Just really extremely disappointed. read more

This Pizza factory has become such a disappointment!! I ordered delivery around 3:30 1-19-23 I ordered my pizza with light sauce. Thats not what showed up at almost 5. It was a soggy mess completely inedible. I drove it back to the restaurant and was greeted with a unapologetic worker who tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with my pizza and at best she was only going to remake one of my pizzas not both. I was extremely unhappy. She went and asked another unapologetic worker. Who also said no to remaking my pizza then the driver spoke up and said my pizza had sat on the top of the oven then the counter for 45 minutes before going on a road trip. To a delivery in the completely opposite direction from my home before being delivered to me. Thats why it was a soggy mess. The driver is the only employee with any ethics whatsoever. My pizza was trash before it even left the restaurant. read more

When we ordered our pizza, the cashier seemed a little rude, but I brushed it off. Thought maybe she was overwhelmed or having a bad day. However, it was very obvious we were NOT welcomed here, when she slid our pizza across the table & walked away. No acknowledgement or greeting from the moment we stepped inside this restaurant. There were also other customers who received their food before us. I've been to other restaurants where they have lines out the door, but at least they make an effort to greet their customers, not this one! This Waitress/worker didn't even bother to say anything. I should have asked for her name, but it was a thicker, middle-aged older women. Got the hint the first time, so we are NEVER coming back. read more

We came here on a whim because we were hungry and the pizza smelled great from the parking lot. The service was decent, you basically order at the counter and they bring the food to you, and that's basically the most you'll get service wise unless you ask for something else. It's a cool place for watching sports events and it has a little arcade selection for the kids. The food: we ordered the Pepperoni Duo, an order of Mozzarella sticks, and boneless classic buffalo wings. The first thing to be brought out were the mozzarella sticks and let me tell you, when we saw the serving size compared to the price point, we were disappointed. We paid around $7-$8 for FIVE sticks. FIVE MOZZERELLA STICKS! We're a family of four and we were not happy about it. because of the small serving size. Needless to say they didn't taste too bad. Next, they brought out our pizza, the pepperoni duo. This one was pretty good and super fresh. The only complaint I have is that they don't have the pizza spatulas so it made it difficult to pull slices away without all the cheese and toppings falling off. The crust was ok, tasted kind of like a saltine cracker. I give the pizza a 7.5/10. Lastly, they brought out our boneless wings out. Granted I know a lot of people say boneless wings are basically chicken nuggets, that's exactly what these looked and tasted like. These were the most disappointing of the entire meal. They looked like budget Tyson chicken nuggets coated in a cheap BWW buffalo sauce! They weren't even fresh, they got cold within a few minutes of being brought to our table. All of this and two drinks and we paid $52. I can tell you now, this was definitely not worth $52. I'll gladly go to Gridiron Pizza instead next time and get my moneys worth. Sorry Pizza Factory. read more

Accidentally left a review for Pizza Guys, here. No Pizza Factory is waaay more expensive and terrible compared to PG! Pepperoni pizza: hardly any pepperoni, crust rubbery. Breadsticks: so greasy and unflavorable. Chicken wings: soggy. Counterservice: disinterested. I've been to Pizza Factories in multiple locations, I don't know why I don't learn. Always a poor value and lame service. read more

Today I ordered an XTRA large pepperoni pizza and a XTRAlarge pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom pizza. You have to pay extra for the sausage and mushrooms. The single item pepperoni was covered with pepperoni, almost solid. However when you add additional items you get less pepperoni cause you can see gaps and open spaces between pepperoni pieces. Seems like you don't get your moneys worth. Have to try somewhere else close by to get quick pizza that is good and gives you what you pay for. So it is corporate that short changes customers if they order more items on pizzas. How do you get in touch with corporate? read more
