The alajillo shrimp was loved by my hubby, took some of that home too. The lechon was juicy and delicious. Mashed potatoes were not well seasoned though. From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to be in for a great experience. It is overwhelming when you arrive. So many different venues with different names. Very confusing at first. But the staff were helpful, friendly & explained they're all the same place just different areas of appeal. They have a beach area, typical dining areas, intimate cove areas, and bar areas. Well done on atmosphere! DH & I came for dinner around 6 on a Sat evening. We figured we'd have a wait but they seated us within 20 mins of arriving. We asked to be seated outside with a water view. They don't disappoint. Our waiter was fantastic. Always tentative and remembering the little things. To start DH ordered a beer. It was served & cold. I ordered a Mojito which was ok, nothing special. For dinner I got the Lump Crab BLT. Don't expect big lumps of crab meat. The rest of the ingredients are a hint of flavors & that really made it great. Beware, it is a delicious but very messy sandwich. The side salad was a hit. Very fresh & flavorful. DH ordered the Tenderloin Steak Sandwich. He was very happy with the flavor. It was not dried out and had a good seasoning. His side of fries were good too. The atmosphere can't be beat. Walk around & check out all the areas.

I was able to order a sirloin and eggs, plenty of protein to start my day. Ashley was working this morning and was very happy to share some news of their uniquely delicious dessert options. If you are a dessert person and dine out then you know how boring it can't be in the Tampa area. You get the same old lava cake, key lime pie, Apple something with caramel drenched on it and the peanut butter pie and cheesecake. Well finally the Bistro decided to take it up a notch and get a lemon cello cake, a chocolate torte. So for a short time if one of these desserts appeals to you hurry over before they are gone. Ambiance is casual and open lots of seating options from booths to high tops to regular tables and bar seating too. Service is also very good your greeted with a smile and when it's busy you still get a acknowledgement.

When we arrived, we were the only people in the restaurant, but the server was really friendly and happy to see us. We grabbed a booth large enough for the 6 of us and looked over the menu. Our server brought over some water and offered other drinks and gave us some recommendations whenever we were ready to order. I saw the flatbread on the menu and knew it would be just perfect portion and flavor. Nothing else on the menu matched what I was hungry for since I didn't want anything too heavy. Others ordered some pasta dishes and they even had some tuna on the menu. Overall, this was. good meal. The food all came out pretty quickly and everyone enjoyed their meals.

A tiny restaurant can make a big impression because I'm still thinking about everything I ate here. The food was fabulous and so thoughtful. The brie & proscuitto crostinis come on a thin, crispy baguette layered with a proscuitto that was so creamy and salty, it went so well with the freshness of the microgreens, the crunch of the nuts and the sweet drizzle of hot honey with a tingle of spice. loved this! They offer diverse options for the charcuterie board (I chose the pick 3) so you can make so many pairings Brooke was stellar, super attentive even when it was packed. and I loved her recommendations! she knows what she's talking about and we love that!!! On my pick 3 board I got sopressata salami dry cured with chili peppers and black peppercorns, smoke hatchpepper Gouda and Cana de Cabra goat cheese from Spain. My waitress said the Cana de Cabra spanish goat cheese was "off the chain" and she waaaas NOT lying! skip the rind, but definitely try this cheese and expect blast off on your taste buds fr. It was earthy and velvety and creamy, just so good. Brooke was fantastic, as was this restaurant. Definitely worth checking out!

Very friendly and helpful. We tried the carpaccio to start. Very fresh and tasty. My only ding would be it was a little too much balsamic for us. We like to taste the meat and the balsamic kinda covered it up a bit. Next we had the chorizo stuffed tomatoes. Delicious! Perfect size for 2 to share. Lots of flavors. Really good. Solid wine spot and I'm a really chill, non central spot.

Service was pretty good, our server was very friendly and helpful, but they seemed to be pretty busy so he didn't come around too much (which we also appreciated, as it was just enough space and attention). Food was better than I expected! All of the dishes were well-cooked and flavorful, the drinks (mango margarita) were a bit strong but loved, and nothing was too salty or too bland. We started with a dozen oysters which were very fresh and slightly chewy (different from northern oysters that I usually have), then had the cod, crab cakes, and snapper, all with well-paired sauces and great sides (the snapper was slightly overcooked). Everyone got complimentary sunset shots as the sun was dipping towards the horizon, and we finished off with a giant slice of key lime pie (that we couldn't quite fit in so we took back because it was too good to waste). Overall good experience and will definitely be back to try more!

I tasted more filling than crab in my small crabcake. The veggies were cool. However, the sauce was rather tasty. My wife had a similar experience. I also ordered the Key Lime. If you've seen many of my hundreds of reviews, I love me some Key Lime. Look, I became hungry just thinking about a slice. Regrettably, this Key Lime was disappointing in taste. The rather larger crust could've been outstanding, but alas, it too was plain. My daughter enjoyed her chicken salad but didn't like the salty fries. My mother-in-law didn't believe her Snapper meal was Snapper. She said it was moist. Yet, she said it was okay. Disclaimer: The Server was great, but she was taking care of a group of 14 people. The people who came out to help her deliver the food were ok. We asked several times whether the "Catch of the Day" was the Flounder. We were repeatedly told, "No." It was. Consequently, those who ordered it also had cooler food. I believe those issues contributed to the food temperature. This place came highly recommended. In short, I wasn't pleased with paying $164 for three mediocre meals. I encourage you to try them out. I plan on taking my wife back there on August 27 to give them another chance. I'm certain it'll be much better.
