When the mistake was found, I made 3 attempts to talk w/ Dr. Casey about it. She never returned any of my attempts. The reason why this mistake was made repeatedly?! I was told it was because no one ever checked my birthdate, or the other patients birthdate when these tests were being scheduled, and the other patient has a similar name! I have filed complaints and switched my entire family from her practice to another. Worst care, bedside manner & competence that I have ever seen! I wouldn't typically question those things in this situation but it was so quiet I was skeptical. I finally make it back after an hour of waiting and leave. Later on in the day I received a call that they had me sign in the wrong space on the paperwork so I need to come back out of my way to fix this mistake with them and after asking politely they have no other way of making it more convenient for me and instead I will have to wait another hour to do the test all over again

This one in 30 Mile Rd., in Washington is the closest to my house. The day prior, I called to confirm that my information was in the system and that they had all the information about what I was having done. Needless to say, what I was having done had never been done at this location before. Wow. I was going to be a "first" for them. After the employee checked with her supervisor, it was confirmed that my blood draws could in-fact be done at this location. I was informed to come in when they opened at 8am, as my samples needed to be send out immediately after at the 12pm pick up. I arrived and this is when confusion began. The ladies were very unknowing about what I was having done. Again, my procedures have never been done at this location before and they weren't even sure that could do my draws here. After 30 minutes and many phone calls on their behalf to the Henry Ford in Detroit, all was sorted out. I wasn't upset, by any means or frustrated. I knew this was a big deal and was certain my advocate would sort it out, which she and the Dr. at the Detroit location did. I had a LOT of blood drawn. Jenn, was amazing. She was careful and kind and repeatedly asked if I was ok and/or feeling ill or uncomfortable. I took it like a champ. Everything got taken care of, even if there was a few hiccups I still rate this location very high and would recommend.

I've also seen doctor blanchet for a few sick visits years ago. You make an appointment and you get seen. Yes there is covid now so sometimes it makes more sense to do virtual visits. Sometimes you have to wait on the phone for someone to answer, so for people complaining about this, try calling Comcast and compare your "customer experience" to that. The office staff is fun- and funny too. The quality of medical treatment and monitoring I get by doctor Craig is great- he really listens when things change, and he has always kept a close eye on my health. One time I showed him a little sun spot I had on my chest- he had it sent to the lab, and I'm glad he did, it was pre-cancerous. So I came back and he numbed the area and removed it, it was simple and painless. He never misses a beat on refills. Bonus- the place is a one stop shop. Had my annual physical yesterday. Doctor Craig saw me right on time. Physical was performed. Refills processed. You walk out of the exam room, pay your bill, then walk outside and enter the basement. I got my blood drawn (very good phlebotomists here too!) and had a prescription filled by the friendly Raj, both in the basement. Took like 5 minutes. This morning about 30 minutes ago I had my lab results and a girl named Emily was kind enough to call me in person to tell me the results. Other than a hospital, I don't know of anywhere where you can get all these things done in one location. To summarize, it's a great one stop shop with quality doctors, nurses, and staff. You probably shouldn't go here if you need a hospital, like why would you do that? If your gonna croak you should hit the hospital. Yes, sometimes you have to be on hold for a few minutes, it takes about the same amount of time to order a pizza on Saturday night, so stop whining LOL! I've always been nice to the staff and nurses and doctors and they are nice in return. When I lived out of the area, I had to see other doctors, and I can tell you that the doctors here are much much better, with one exception being Doctor Melendez who was my doctor in college who is now retired. I would rate Doctor Melendez and Doctor Craig equally fantastic.

The lady that was on Window 3 on Tuesday March 14 was very rude and was not cooperative at all! I…read morecame in at not knowing i needed an ID for my appointment with my grandmother (I was a new visiting patient) and she was very rude handling us telling us the information we needed. When trying to tell her what happened and what we could do to work it out she was very dismissive and had a horrible attitude. For sure will never be returning to this office and will for sure to make sure that many people know about this experience and this office and how they handle their patients. Whether we forgot to bring an ID, or did not know, your there to help so do your job.
