If I read the labels correctly GS Lumber PT lumber is rated for ground contact unlike big box stores. I also ordered Trex decking and fasteners from GS. For the uninitiated, this is what you do when planning a renovation and you want to reroute or avoid rerouting your plumbing. Gary was easy to schedule, showed up right on time, and made a very precise map of my entire sewer, including depth readings every few feet. He brought a camera and a locator to help with the task. His rate for the service was a fixed fee, and yielded a much more precise result than a plumber that performed a similar task a year ago at an obscene hourly rate. Can't recommend him highly enough.

But the guy named Michael told me that WE broke it and this tank is still usable. We can use up the gas on the forklift ,bring it back spend 20dollar and he will install a new value for me. That aside, I've been calling so many places and all they do mostly are residential doors. One of the places I called recommended me to reach out to City Door because they are one of the few places in the city that deals with commercial doors. Wrong move. I should've known and read some of the other reviews. But because I was desperate, I called them anyway. Aparently, the rude phone operator was a blessing in disguise. The unapologetic, unprofessional, "i-have-a-bad-day-don't-start-with-me" attitude over the phone actually gave me the quick decision to opt out their service altogether. Imagine the actual service given the kind of bad vibes their customer service already gave. City Door Operator: "Hello!?" Me: "Hi!" "Helloooo?" "Hi, can you hear me?" (Raised my voice) "YES! GO AHEAD!!!!" "Hi I need to fix a commercial door, is this something you can help me with?" "WE DON'T FIX ANYTHING!" "Okay, what can you do about it then?" (Thinking... why she so angry tho) "WE SELL!" "So I can just come in without a contractor and purchase my own shop door?" "YES" -Hangs up Oh-okay... Good talk... Um. But... Is it illegal though? To not understand the city code or the knowledge of a contractor to be buying my own door? Very sketchy. Ima call some other place (in fact I did find someone else right after this uneventful phone conversation, and they are SO professional and very friendly and helpful, and they are coming in the next day, phew!)
