I got a massage from Shauna at In The Moment, and she is my new favorite. I've gone several times now. She uses a lighter touch than I'm used to, but her technique is just right and I feel so much better when she's done. It's not a spa-type atmosphere (no one is going to offer you a robe to sit in while you drink wine and wait for your therapist). But she will be ready when you arrive so no long waits, the outer customer area is comfortable and relaxing for the few minutes while you talk with her about what you need. And she'll offer you a cup of tea afterwards. I highly recommend.

This is the most lovely hidden gem in the tri-state area. I've tried cellular healing, reiki with…read moremediumship, and restorative yoga with reiki. All were very peaceful and so very healing. The salt cave is truly a soul cleansing experience. I have asthma so breathing in the salt air does wonders for my lungs. The entire atmosphere including the boutique is so calming. Bought a package over the holidays and today I treated two of my cousins to a salt cave experience…read more It was a first for all of us. It did not disappoint. The scent is just wonderful and once you get settled in your chair the staff puts a nice blanket on you and even tucks in your feet. Sweet. The sounds of the ocean and comfortable soft lighting. Add some crystals to hold and just close your eyes and relax. Two of us fell asleep. I dreamt that I was at the beach. Made me realize how much I need to actually get back to the beach. After we did some shopping - the Tree of Life scent of soap, lotion, and scrub is fantastic. Bought one of the crystals I used during the session. Even bought a cute little bee ring. Great time had by all. Can't wait to go back.

Jamie, the owner of the studio is extremely welcoming and helpful. From the moment you walk in to the studio, you're greeted with great energy and beautiful decor. I have been to a handful of classes so far, and continue to look forward to meeting the staff and trying new classes. This isn't your average studio, they offer a variation of yoga classes ranging from vinyasa to energy medicine yoga. There is no doubt about it that this is one of the greatest yoga studios that I have ever been to, and I'm so thankful that it is near my home. A few things: Current special for new students $30 for an entire month, sign up for classes on the app "Vagaro" Parking isn't completely ideal, especially during rush hour. There is a parking lot headed toward Dormont, on the right (between Cain's and Jamison's) Keep up the excellent work, I'm so excited to spread the word about your beautiful studio.

There seem to be a lot of really cool offerings at this location in general (which is connected to the Green Heiress studio). I am sure I will return here again in the future for sound healing or other varied offerings. If you haven't experienced sound healing before, it can be a very relaxing experience that will reset your nervous system.
