Prior to the massage, she asked what areas I wanted to focus on and the pressure I was comfortable with. The 30 minute session was very relaxing and seemed to fly by. While it didn't fully unpinch the nerve (I think a longer session may have), I left feeling better and with less pain. This coupled with some basic yoga stretches worked wonders and had me booking a 2nd appointment.

During the massage it felt amazing it was just afterwards I was sore. Great experience none the less!!

I've always been very impressed with how well she has been able to understand me through body language and massage me the way that I need without ever making me feel any physical discomfort in the way that other massage therapists have. I had the pleasure of experiencing Massage with Abby both one on one and during a couples massage class with my partner and she is hands down my favorite massage therapist. During the class, she provided intuitive constructive criticism to my partner and has improved the way he massages me to this day. She also made me feel significantly more competent in being able to massage my partner as well. I would highly recommend her both one on one as well as through the class that she offers couples. The price is completely worth it with Abby and she is the best!

I booked a 90-minute couple's massage class for my boyfriend and I for his Valentines gift. The…read moreclass was very personalized--Abby did a great job of combining what we wanted to learn with her perceptions of our areas of tension. She even pulled out books to show me the muscular anatomy, so I could understand the muscles that are causing my boyfriend's headaches and how to best find them and work on them. I have some experience with reiki and she even showed me how to work reiki into the massage techniques. You can take notes or take pictures and videos with your phone so that you can bring this knowledge home, but you'll also have plenty of time to work on the techniques and build them into your memory. Abby is very intuitive and quickly picked up on our needs, and we had a very relaxing time. Massage is a great way for couples to care for each other and strengthen intimacy, I would highly recommend this class for any couple looking to destress together. Prices are super reasonable too. We'll definitely be back for another lesson sometime, and I already booked a massage for just me next week!

Although the shop is small and quaint, it is very , very relaxing and calm. Just what it should be. Tiffany asks what is troubling you, then proceeds to work on your problematic spots, mine was my shoulder and neck, which she worked on for 1/2 hour. My only regret was that I couldnt get an hour or more. She is very professional, and very calming . I immediatley scheduled an hour appointment upon leaving in which she will be working my lower back. If you have not tried this establishment out, feel free to give her a call, she will call you back and set an appointment for you without regard. You wont regret it.

Although I felt awesome afterwords, it wasn't until today that it really kicked in how great I feel. It has been incredible noticing how often I used to wince in pain when I would bend over. I feel like a new man today! Not just the fact that my back doesn't hurt (which I'm still getting used to) but that my whole body and mind just seem much more in tune with each other. The whole experience yesterday was just as mentally therapeutic as it was physical and I think that's why I'm showing such good results. Stephania's massage therapy did wonders for me and I would recommend her to anyone.

It's been so nice to go to the same person over a long period of time, because they learn your body's "normal" and can tell when things are off. I've always been a big fan of massages, but I used to go less frequently, and never see the same person. I never knew what to expect and what the massage therapist's "style" would be like.
