Coordinating a group is never easy, but Gianna made everything seamless from start to finish. Leah's facials left us all glowing (and a little jealous of each other's results), while Tina's massage had us so relaxed we forgot there was still wine waiting. The pace was unhurried yet never dragged--just the right rhythm to make everyone feel cared for. What really stood out was the balance of professionalism and warmth. Technique was flawless, the flow was effortless, and they managed to make an already special day feel downright luxurious. If you're looking for a group experience that blends spa-level skill with personal touches, Gianna, Leah, and Tina are simply the best.

As a bit of a spa and massage connoisseur, I can easily say she is one of the best massage therapists I've experienced in Northern California. She was so sweet, accommodating, and genuinely seemed to care that we were enjoying every aspect of our experience. We'll 100% be coming back! Next time, we're hoping to make it an overnight stay with the kids so we can enjoy more of the top-notch pool, restaurant, and other facilities. Such a special place for a relaxing getaway!

There's a small lobby and gift shop. The changing rooms are downstairs and there's a waiting room upstairs where the treatment rooms are. The lockers might be slightly confusing - press clear before setting your code. Lou and Julia were our excellent female practitioners. Five stars for them. The massage comes with use of the spa amenities. I was surprised there was a small coed sauna outside by the pool. There's no steam room but there a couple of plunge pools, including one with heated jets. I'll use the spa again the next time I stay at the Lodge.

Both times I called I reached a voicemail but they quickly returned my call. After speaking to someone on the phone I got an email confirmation with additional details like parking or arriving 15 minutes early. I had no trouble rescheduling the appointments for later in the day when something came up. The resort is beautiful! It's like a little cottage. The landscaping is immaculate. When we arrived there was a wedding going on. It was a little confusing how to find the spa. One of the employees told us to follow the brick path and take a right. A less scenic but easier instructions would be to head back out towards the street after dropping off your car with the valet and make a left. As you're walking along the street you'll easily find The Spa/pool area. Checking in we were given a pair of slippers and shown the locker room. Instructions on how to use the locker are easy. You get to choose a 4 digit code. I recommend bringing a swim suit so you can enjoy the hydrotherapy garden (jacuzzi and steam room) afterwards. I was told access to the pool is available for an additional $5. Very clean facilities! Someone must be attending to the locker rooms constantly. Nothing was out of place. Plenty of clean towels. Lots of personal care products available. In the waiting area for the massage even had cookies from the restaurant. There's also water and tea available. After the 50 minute MacArthur massage I felt like I woke up from a good nap. It was very refreshing. My friend said her massage targeted areas based on what she did for work repetitively. Fantastic communication from all of the staff! It was a wonderful experience with the Spa at MacArthur!

The staff at the front is super sweet and easy to work with and both massage therapists were great (Christopher and Adam) and followed what we requested to a T. The spa itself is quite small and was really crowded on Saturday. The little free snacks were completely out by 3PM and there was a queue/line to shower post treatment. The outdoor area is cute and so was the hot tub, it felt tranquil even though you are pretty close to the main pool. Not a ton of fancy stuff to discuss, for the price point it would be awesome to have a sauna or something else small spa related but they are working with the space they have. Even a free glass of champagne or wellness drink could be a good touch.
