History
Established in 2000.
Research over the past decade suggests that mindfulness meditation significantly improves psychological and physical health. Calm Minds is a full-service behavioral health center that offers individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. Dr. Chandler founded Calm Minds after recognizing the value of mindfulness training in her psychology practice. In January 2014, Dr. Chandler expanded the practice and opened its doors to offer more therapeutic services to help manage anxiety and stress, improve mood, and promote restful sleep. Calm Minds is pleased to offer Yoga Therapy, Neurofeedback, Mindfulness and Meditation training in additional to traditional counseling. We have a tranquil studio space adjacent to our offices for the use of our mind-body therapies and meditation training.
