Our company Premier Nissan of Stevens Creek uses Callsource to help track phone calls that come in and out of our dealership. So far we have had no problems with recalling our calls with them. Customer service is simply amazing. Our Account Manager Ofer Fuchs has been simply top notch in getting back to any of our requests. Ofer has absolutely amazing response time. Most requests are completed within the hour or less. Whether this is changing vanity numbers to adding new employees requiring tracking IDs. I thought somebody should shed some light on the way Callsource treats the community, the people that have no use for their "product". I answered and ad for the Call Center Manager position and I got a call from a guy named Dan Coen, an independent recruiter that owns a shop called Call Center Today who was asked by "them", which is how he referred to Callsource, to fill the position. Dan was quite a cheerleader when he relayed information for "them" in the first 3 stages of the interview process. His remarks were - and I'm copying and pasting from his emails- (After the first conversation with Dan) "You have a phone interview with Robin, the VP of Marketing at Callsource!! You would be working directly for Robin." (followed by) "The interview is confirmed. Robin will call you 10am on Monday. They are looking to place a manager in this role fast. This is a great opportunity. Just let them know all about your call center management and sales expertise. Good luck! (After the phone interview with Robin) "Callsource was hoping you can come in tomorrow! I guess they want to move fast on this. Great news!" This guy is pretty excited for me. He's acting like my new best friend. I asked if business casual was ok, and Dan insisted that I wear a suit, which isn't common for the position, so I didn't have a nice one that fit me. I spent $850 while unemployed because I didn't want to blow the opportunity my new buddy felt they were fastracking me for. After the interview I was given an assignment. I was to prepare, in outline form, solutions to three problems they presented as if they were facing these challenges currently and wanted to know if I could solve them. They wanted to know 90 days worth of my plans for an incentive program, career path for agents and a lead distribution formulas to ensure equal distribution. I wrote Dan and asked what he thought of the possibility that they were just pulling ideas from candidates without a plan to even hire one of us. He said: "You are fine, good news, I am certain they aren't collecting ideas. They just need the best manager they can find. I am sure you will present a great document." and "Just send them the very best product you can!" admitting that they did get a product from me. I gave them all I had on those topics. And I never heard back from anybody. After a week, I wrote Dan and expressed concern because he hadn't kept in touch as usual. He kind of apologized and said he would check with them and get back to me. He did write again to tell me they hired somebody else. I apologized for doubting the process, admitting that, at one point, I thought he may work for Callsource and this is how they get their ideas because it is exactly those types of solutions that they sell to their clients. He forgave me, unaware that I had already Googled his name and found that in a couple of different interviews, DAN PRESENTED HIMSELF AS VICE PRESIDENT OF CALL CENTERS FOR CALLSOURCE!! (this is when exclamation points should be used, Danny Boy). I asked one last time if he was a part of Callsource and he wrote: "Let me see if I can articulate this one more time. Because I have other clients and I am working and we all need to move on so I can focus on my other clients. I work for Call Center Today. I don't work for CallSource. I was asked to recruit. For a position they needed to fill. That's it." As I said in my reply, you are a copycat, a charlatan, a snake oil salesman, a plagiarist. You would NEVER have said that to me in person. I've made some poor decisions in the past and gained a record. Many places cut me from the candidate list as soon as they run a background report. EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT IF YOU ARE GOING TO REQUEST AN ASSIGNMENT THAT TIME-CONSUMING FROM A CANDIDATE WHO NEEDS A JOB, YOU DO IT AS A FINAL STEP BEFORE HIRING. YOU CERTAINLY DO A BACKGROUND CHECK FIRST. They never mentioned a background check and kept me in the running for this "position" until the very end. Why? Because they never considered hiring me. The company roster lists the same lady who has run the call center from day one. I'm interested to see if they post a lie and pretend to have hired a new manager. That would mean Carey Fried would have to be fired too, guys. If you are in the automotive business, try somebody ethical & innovative like Car Wars for call tracking. Callsource is out of new ideas and doesn't want to pay consultants. So they intentionally waste time of applicants and they steal their creativity. Whatever response they post in reply, surely it will be a redirect or attempt to discredit me. One thing it WON'T do is address the main question: IF YOU DIDN'T SET OUT TO LIE AND STEAL, WHY DID YOUR VICE PRESIDENT LIE ABOUT HIS AFFILIATION? WHY DOESN'T HE LIST IT ON LINKEDIN? Check their site for tips on handling bad reviews. Cant follow their own advice. 3 days is up guys: You failed. Callsource is on empty and thumbing a ride. Pathetic. read more

CallSource's account managers (especially Hillary Duda) are exceptional. Their response time to our questions, concerns and account changes have all been done quickly. They go as far to double check change requests if they believe you have submitted something that might not be correct. This is better than most companies that blindly make the change, saying "that's what you asked for". This extra service has been valuable on more than one occasion and make my life so much easier.
