She has now left the company and I have been dealing with Kayla who is absolutely wonderful. She is communicative, and prompt in her dealings with owners but for me, the best thing about her is that if she doesn't know an answer she immediately works with the new manager Rachelle to make sure she not only gets the answer, but that the owner is kept in the loop in real time. Her and Rachelle are super professional and friendly and I believe they will help turn around the perception of this company from a public review perspective!
