This was a ten year old boat and Larry and the rest of the SMG team went out of their way to make sure everything was just as perfect as a brand new one. When it came time to sign papers, George had us in and out in 10 minutes and helped negotiate a killer deal on an extended warranty. We took the boat to the lake the next day and the general manager of SMG just happened to be in the launch line behind us. He helped me trailer the boat for the first time. I have come in on a slow day, a medium ish day and a busy day, and EACH time the food takes 40+ minutes to come out and they blame it on them being busy. That excuse might work for the busy night, but you cannot you being busy as the excuse for the poor quality of food and timely service on the other two. At this point a food inspector needs to come by and ensure they are storing food properly and cooking the food to its proper temperature/ keeping it in a warming area before someone gets sick for the lack of consistency. If you're okay with food microwaved to be reheated and overpaying then this place is okay, but it could be better.
