Thus as a result had to back up to make the turn, he backed up into the tree! This resulted in multiple scratches along the full length of the hood, left door and the tailgate that we could not buff out. We provided pics and 3 videos taken by cameras mounted on the house. So there was no question as to how those how the scratches resulted on the car. Owner ( Miguel) initially denied that scratches could be result of their incompetence , so the videos were provided to him. We never received a call back to discuss their rectifying the issue. Most probably will end up in small claims court to receive compensation.
