Call at once whatever your home needs. Kat and her well trained team can do most everything. Or on the off-chance you are calling about a home improvement project, remodel challenge or to fix something she does not, she will know great hand picked people who can and will. Great project manager - She communicates super well, does exactly what she says she will do, when she says she will do it, and if others are involved, she supervises well and checks all the work. She has a remarkable array of well-honed, high-level building skills herself though, and has loads of experience. She has managed my vacation home on the Big Island for several years now, and does a wonderful job dealing with all the exigencies of vacation rental including dealing in a friendly manner with extremely difficult renters. Two other special qualities of hers are beautiful aesthetic sense, and her reliability across the board in everything. She matches the look and feel of a place in all her furnishing and decor work and she makes wonderful additions and suggestions to enhance a home environment. I have been blessed to work with some really great reliable people there, but Kat takes the prize in the reliability, and quick response department too. Yeah, definitely, call Kat! read more
