In just a few visits, I was out of pain and now I'm doing great. They listen to you, explain all things in detail, and they sincerely want to see you out of pain. I will not go to any other PT again. This place is the the place you go to to get out of pain and back to life. They do not have a web site so call them at (940) 320-6219 or fax them orders at (940) 320-6230 and set up appointment. A business that is relied on "word of month" is the place you want to go to. They have been in business for over 15 years. I cannot put in words how much I appreciate these people. Everyone is super nice and I enjoy every minute I'm there. I am really sorry I didn't find this place many years ago. Thank you DOTC for getting my life back.

I had such bad pain that I didn't think PT would help but to my surprise it did help to the point I'm fully recovered now. It was easy to book an initial appointment, they are popular so can be difficult to find the perfect time unless you are willing to wait. I had a primary PT that I saw most of the time but also saw some others. It started out very easy and simple with stretches and other things and gradually had most of the type of exercises I do. They asked about what/if any strength training I do and they were able to incorporate most of the type of exercises that I do that could have lead to my initial problem. I was very happy with how much progress I made while I was going here and if I have some other physical problem where PT might help, I will come back here again.

I was extremely reluctant until nerve pain was explained to me and a plan to help was begun upon my initial visit/evaluation. After 6 weeks, I look back at my twice per week sessions of stretching, using muscles which had been tight with pain, and purposeful movement of lower extremities, I discovered the pain had lessened. I was reminded to concentrate on my core or torso to straighten/strengthen my spine while holding in my breath. Immediate relief! My posture is improving and I am able to rise to a standing position without pushing up with my hands. My time with Ryan and the staff is about at an end. Each team member and office personnel encouraged me and pitched in when necessary. I felt that my well-being was of concern, and I will certainly return if I should decline. I have pages of stretches and suggestions to keep me on track. I was wrong to be reluctant and I surely am glad!

Great attitude. After several days of no contact, I found another place. Don't waste your time, if they are this uncaring and unprofessional about just scheduling, their treatment is probably just as bad or worse. Good reddens, to bad I wasted all this time for nothing.

They have no right to make their own Compounds such as mixing B12 with semaglutide. That's truly considered a pharmaceutical scam. I believe if you do tirzepatide at their office, which is the more expensive one your shot should be clear and that would be okay. I was recommended to go here by one of my friends who mentioned that she started on the cheaper shot, which was the Semaglutide and that it didn't work for her but the reason why it didn't work is because it's mixed with B12 and you don't really know how much you really are getting of the actual Semaglutide. I do not recommend going there for that reason.

Second of all, these physicians will do everything they can to get money out of you. That being said, I was going to this office (for around 2-3 years) with the intention of getting my thyroid diagnosed/under control. After multiple blood tests, scans, and referrals to a specialist (mind you the "specialist" they sent me to just told me I was allergic to gluten and sent me on my way) they told me I was fine. I felt like I was being dramatic because I did not FEEL fine, but they insisted that I was okay. Cool, great, moving on. Joints in Motion is, far and away, the best physical therapy provider that I have ever used. I have been working with Eric at Joints in Motion for the last 3 months as I recover from rotator cuff surgery and cannot say enough positive about the experience. Rotator cuff surgery recovery is not fun, but Joints in Motion has made things immeasurably better. There are several things that set Joints in Motion apart from other therapy places where I have gone. First, it is clear during each of my sessions that there is a plan in place for my therapy. Unlike other places I have gone, I have never found myself standing around waiting for a therapist to figure out what I should be doing or waiting between exercises because a therapist is tending to another patient. It is clear that they respect my time and prioritize maximizing my progress without unnecessarily wasting my time. Second, Eric is great about explaining what I'm doing, how it helps, what my progress looks like, and giving advice on things that I can do at home. I have a bad tendency to be a control freak which invariably causes me to ask lots of questions. Eric has always patiently answered them fully in a way that is understandable to a layperson. Third, the facility itself is well-equipped and a really good size. I did not appreciate how important that space issue was until I went to Joints in Motion. At other therapy places where I have been, it was often hard to work around other patients who were operating close by. At Joints in Motion, there is plenty of space to spread out so that patients don't impede one another during a therapy session. I live less than 5 minutes from another physical therapy provider, but it is a no-brainer that, despite it being a 25-minute drive from my house to Joints in Motion, that the extra drive well be well-worth it the next time I manage to injure myself.
