    Chicken Soft Bone
    Allison L.

"Call A Chicken" sounds like it could be some kind of Chinese joke. Anyways, family brought home an order for lunch so cannot comment on the service. It is located at the edge of the food court, inside the mall. A tiny store but easy to locate. The order came with two boxes: the chicken and a box that had a couple napkins plus two disposable gloves. Cannot see from the picture due to angle but the box with the tissues was actually larger than the chicken box. The tissue box honestly seems like a waste of a box. The original deep-fried chicken soft bone was spicy, and it was mostly soft bone. To be honest, was expecting a bit more meat with the soft bone but it was true to its name. There was not much flavour, just fried spiciness. The word "spicy" was not in the name of the item so was not expecting it to be this spicy. "Too hot to handle." It needed some sauce or ketchup which it did not come with. Nothing special and for that price, definitely not worth it. Over $12 for a tiny box, took a picture beside a ketchup pack from the golden arch to compare with (two pieces were eaten already at that point). Overall, will not be returning. Definitely expensive and there's better fried chicken elsewhere.

Ordered the chicken cartilage, 2 pc chicken and the 6 pc chicken wings. The total came up to $40 which is pretty pricey in my opinion. The chicken cartilage was good and flavourful but the chicken and chicken wings were soooo greasy and oily that the oil started seeping out of the boxes, which led to a mess.. Maybe they were in a rush to complete orders? Wasn't really impressed especially since I expected better for the price point .

is OK, the staff is ok, but popeye tastes better。 nothing special. However the spicy level is controlled really well.

Been eying this place for awhile and finally got to try it. We got the Chickaron fries as a light…read moresnack . The fries come in different in different colours , with each representing a different flavour. My personal flavour were the yellow and orange colour chicken fries which was turmeric and tomato flavour. The spice level we picked was light and it was for perfect for me - someone who can't really handle much spice The thing I love the most about these chicken fries is it had just the right amount seasoning and crunch too it . Didn't feel really oily either. Price is a tad steep $ 10.05 for fries but since it's actually chicken , it seemed ok . I will go back to buy the actual chicken cup as that seems like a better value and I'll get to pick my fav flavour !

Wasn't feeling chicken fries for a snack as I was exploring the plaza w/ my gf. Decided to go for a…read moretried, tested and true chicken cutlet with special honey sauce. The colouring on the chicken fries is supposed to be natural from ground up ingredient powders. I'm not sure if the owner is taiwanese or mainlander but he was really friendly. Didn't have any tissues and also no washroom at inside this unit, but he went to his CAR and grabbed me some wet naps to clean my hands which was really kind of him. The cutlet itself was breaded well, crispy and the chicken was juicy. The price is kinda steep so if it would've been a lil cheaper I'd award 5 stars. I'm keen to try some chicken fries with cuttlefish or tomato powder on the batter next time. It's a relatively chill spot and I don't think it's as well known as it's competitors, Monga or Hot Star, but it holds its own imo.
