First and foremost the communication between this company's manager was clear and timely and I have no complaints there. He went above and beyond answering all of my questions beforehand in the most respectful manner. Communication along with the professionalism of the website are why I chose this company. There really were no issues until after the cleaning and I did my own inspection only to find that there were SO MANY spots missed and left dirty. Their policy states that their team can come back within 3 days and clean areas that were missed but there were so many and it just felt easier and faster to clean everything myself instead of trying to coordinate another day and time for them to come back and clean things that should've been cleaned the first time around. This was the most annoying part; after a 'deep clean', I spent more time doing my own deep clean. It just defeated the whole purpose of paying for this service. Anyway, I texted the manager the pictures and he offered a $50 discount. This whole experience was just so disappointing and I feel like I wasted money.

I had the best experience with Prosirv radon mitigation!! Radon is something I never thought I…read morewould be so stressed about. But I moved to Woodland Hills with a small child only to learn my newly purchased home had highly toxic levels of radon which I found out from my real estate report. I did not feel safe or comfortable living like this even though I couldn't smell it or feel it. I did A TON of research and found out it's one of the leading causes of LUNG CANCER which made a lot of sense because I had heard from people who were otherwise healthy but living in the hills that their loved ones died from lung cancer. I talked to some of my neighbors and my next door neighbor told me they had radon too and recommended Daniel from Prosirv to do testing and mitigation. PROSIRV Radon and Daniel answered right away. He was familiar with the area and gave us a quote right away and it was very reasonable. He informed us about the process to complete the test and mitigation. We agreed on a date and time and two days later he was in my home setting up the testing devices in specific areas and once the test was complete we received a very detailed, comprehensive report of the test results.  Our levels came in at an average of 7.3 which needed mitigation. Because of the health risks, especially with a young child, we wanted to get this done immediately.   Daniel really helped explain the process and kept me calm. As an anxious mom, I felt like I could really trust him. He provided us with a few mitigation options. What I appreciated the most was his level of detail and communication to ensure we understood everything, especially because we had no idea how it would look or function and never seen a system installed before. He gave us options and said that it was a matter of preference and price. We went with the interior installation based on the lower price and what Daniel said would be easier to maintain and less wear and tear from outside elements. Prosirv Radon and Daniel specifically really put us at ease by guaranteeing us low radon levels with the system. You don't know till you know but he kept his word.   Daniel is one of the only specialists in Los Angeles who is certified in both radon measurement and mitigation with a ton of experience which we verified on both the NRPP and California list of radon pros - and also a licensed contractor for construction. He knew and informed us of all EPA standards that need to be met. Having an honest and caring contractor seems like an oxymoron but he really is!!!   A week after testing, Daniel and his team arrived on the day of mitigation and began setting up the testing devices to monitor the levels during the installation of what he called an "active soil depressurization system" to address the original area of the home on one "concrete slab" and the addition in the back on a different slab (we didn't even know there was an addition! Daniel told us after reviewing the building records). I was worried because they had to drill holes and add pipes but they did such a clean beautiful job. From what they explained to us, the pipes were installed in closets in different sections of the home and ran from beneath the slab into the attic where they all connected to a radon fan before exiting through the roof. The pipes were clean and not ugly pipes I thought we'd have to deal with now that we were doing this. They cleared the work area and put up a plastic barrier to contain any dust or dirt and ensure our home remained clean. The fans are so quiet you can't hear them. They were done in half a day and the radon levels had literally dropped to below the EPA action level which he guaranteed! I was so relieved and happy.   He walked us through the completed mitigation system and showed us where we can power it off and on and also check to make sure it is operating through a "manometer on one of the pipes" (see picture). We tested a few days later and levels had dropped to below 1!!!! I finally felt safe in my home again and could not believe that the change would happen so dramatically. He suggested we retest if we do any major construction on the home or replace HVAC systems as they can have an impact of the radon levels or we buy a consumer radon device to monitor levels or retest.   Honestly I could not be happier with Daniel at PROSIRV and his professional caring team. He's really a trustworthy good person with high work ethic and created peace of mind for my family and I. I was literally about to move out of my house before I found Daniel!!!   And I'm fully aware that this is a lengthy review! If I were to do it again, id appreciate hearing others experience too. I'm literally preaching to my friends nonstop to get their levels checked. I commend him on his work and knowledge of radon and I want inform others that if you're concerned about radon, there is no one else to call other than DANIEL and Prosirv Radon! Thank you guys so so much!!! Forever grateful.

I was looking for someone to come test the levels, checked the CA website (https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CEH/DRSEM/Pages/EMB/Radon/Certified-Radon-Services-Providers.aspx) and found that Daniel was one of the few people on the list for testers and mitigators for radon. I called him and Daniel came to do testing 2 days later and our house (including baby room) showed twice the EPA approved levels of radon!!!! 7 vs 4. We asked Daniel to do mitigation asap (price was very reasonable) and thankfully he and his team was available the following week. They came to install the systems in our house and were done in 5 hours. I was nervous because I wasn't sure we'd see a result but literally the same day it went down, and in 3 days, the levels were down to decimal points (under 1)!!! I was so relieved and happy.
