    I'm beyond frustrated with this company's handling of my account. As a current patient, I was hit with an unexpected bill due to their failure to properly manage changes with my new insurance. I confirmed coverage with my referring doctor months ago and was told I'm fine. They also told me via chat that my insurance no longer covers "supplies" I was trying to order, yet never warned me about charges for the machine with these changes nor asked me to return it. This lack of communication is unacceptable and left me with a financial mess. Worse, they don't even answer phone calls when I try to get answers. No explanation, no support, just silence. Online reviews show I'm not alone as well, others have been blindsided too. Avoid this place unless you enjoy surprises and terrible service. The technicians during my assessment were great, but not confident in the treatment center itself. I'm still waiting for someone competent to explain this disaster and fix it. Hopefully they at least respond to their contact form. I've also uploaded other reviews to reflect the negative trend that is happening. It's almost like they are PURPOSELY doing this...BEWARE!

    The sleep Study was a waste of my time since I am not allowed to see the results. They instruct patients to register an account on their website to view the results, but when I try to register their website says: "Patient not found" - see photo below. And near impossible to get a live person on the phone.

    Another fat bill from california sleep solutions. Just go ahead and bill me because I'm apparently made of money during a pandemic!!!

    I just wanted to post a recap about my experience with California Sleep solutions, I had an unfortunate event and had to stay with the hospital for several nights away from home, I called California sleep solutions who was the supplier of my CPAP machine who were utterly clueless about my prescription or the settings on my machine. The machine is hooked up to the cell network and can have live data viewed in real time which includes how well the machine is working and what your prescription is, despite them being the distributor and programmer of the machine, they could not tell me any of these things. And as a bonus, I've been using their philips machine for over a year now, as long as philips has been having a worldwide machine recall, they are recalling millions of CPAP machines worldwide due to degrading mouth pieces which can cause deadly health side effects, I'm sure California sleep solutions has known about this as long if not longer as philips just went PUBLIC with the recall over a year ago. They are involved with dozens of billion dollar attorney firms who are suing them. The worst part about this is California sleep solutions knew all along that they sold thousands of CPAP machines here locally and I didn't receive a single call, Text, or email warning me to stop usage of the machine. Take my advice and stay away from California sleep solutions because they don't care about you whether you're a past, present, or future customer!

I was told I couldn't be scheduled because there was "no referral on file" and that my previous referral had expired -- only to then be told that my prior referral was never sent at all, resulting in the doctor not being paid and supposedly "eating the cost." As a patient, I had no way of knowing this, was never informed at the time, and should never have been made aware of internal billing failures or financial consequences in the first place. That information was inappropriate to share and felt like an attempt to shift responsibility -- or guilt -- onto the patient. At my last visit, I wasn't actively having symptoms at that exact moment (because ENT issues are not something you can schedule on demand). The doctor seemed annoyed that I was even there, yet explicitly told me to call back when symptoms occurred, advocate to be seen urgently, and inform staff that he keeps openings -- even over lunch -- for this exact situation. When I followed those instructions, I was shut down by staff, told I needed a brand-new referral, informed the doctor would be out for two weeks, and offered a medication refill -- for medication I've never been prescribed because I can't get seen when the issue is actually happening. So to summarize: * I can't be seen without a referral * The referral process apparently isn't handled correctly * I'm told to come in only when symptomatic * Then told I can't come in when symptomatic * And somehow this is all the patient's problem The entire experience feels disorganized, dismissive, and borderline gaslighting. Patients should not be expected to navigate internal billing failures, referral errors, or be made aware of who did or didn't get paid just to receive basic care. I will not be returning.

Dr. Khan was very welcoming and spoke directly to Bree (14) to find out from her exactly what was going on. He requested that I have a list of tests run: Sleep study, MRI, spinal tap and eye exam to test pressure and/or any changes since last exam a year before. I had everything done in three weeks for our next appointment. He went over tests results with us, explaining only two tests came up with anything and then explained what they meant. Bree's spinal pressure was double normal and she had a condition that 8 out of 100 babies are born with, but doesn't show itself until puberty. Chiari Malformation. This is a condition where the brain sack does not grow to full size so it can't fill the skull like it should. Also, she had another part of this condition when the toncilles of the brain hang down instead of laying underneath the bottom portion of the brain. Bree's toncilles were not only hanging down, they were going down her spine. We were referred to a world renounced neurosurgeon, Dr. Samuel Chicirillo in Sacramento. Now that surgeries have been completed, Dr. Khan has asked her eyes be rechecked to make sure no permanent damage has been done by the seriously high spinal pressure; none found, and we await the post-op MRI in November before deciding if she needs another spinal tap to check her pressure. Bree finds him to be very nice, through and makes her feel confident being in his care. I would refer Dr. Khan to anyone that finds themselves in need of an excellent Pediatric Neurologist. It's a scary thing to go through so a great and caring doctor is a must!
