There was one of two things I was after. 1) Renewing the annual lease agreement. 2) For the eviction to not be on my credit report Megan ends up contacting the landlord's owner attorney and set up a deal. The deal requires me to pay all of the landlord's court fee, repair cost and be out of the house by a sudden date. In exchange, the eviction will not show up on my credit report. As young as I am, having an eviction in my record will hurt me for the next 7 years, so I am willing to fight it.
