Excellent Service!…read more This was my first time renting a trailer for camping from a private owner (rvezy.com) and unfortunately, the trailer did not function properly. We experienced several issues, including no water, a generator/battery that wasn't charged, and eventually an overflow because the gray tank was full. I called on a Sunday and spoke with Tawnie, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She and her husband Brandon came out the very next day, Monday, to our campsite at Sherwin Creek Campground in Mammoth Lakes and quickly took care of the waste removal. They are such a wonderful couple and provided fast, professional, and excellent service. The cost was absolutely worth it! Thanks to them, we were able to continue using the trailer for the remaining two days of our camping trip. I was so happy with their service that I even passed their information along to our campground host. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing RV/trailer services. Thank you, Brandon & Tawnie for coming to our rescue and making a stressful situation much easier!

It did take a few weeks to have my stuff delivered since they didn't have all of it in storage but that was disclosed and an approximate date was given. Sonia took great care of us, and it was during holidays so they were short staffed. She has continued to give us timely updates and the delivery was prompt and on schedule. The next outstanding shout out goes to Reuben and Jose who delivered the furniture and took away old furniture. They worked hard and they were thankful this was a ground floor delivery (LOL). Thanks to all and I highly recommend reaching out to Ferndon's for a great selection, pricing and customer service.

I even called to let them know I would be there after I got off work, when I arrived I was told they were closed by someone inside!! They have after hours drop off but I really wanted to get a consult to see if one of my pairs is just too far gone. I'm going to try a 6th time after work tomorrow but it's honestly really frustrating. I've tried on Saturday with their limited hours to no avail. They are closed Sunday and my only two days off are on the weekends. I work in mammoth and get off at 3:15. It just might be impossible for me to get this consult and drop off my shoes unless I call off work for a day. Extremely disappointed so far because I've heard some pretty good things about this place. Would love to put a review up about their actual work but I can't even get that started. I'm pretty close to sending my shoes up to Tahoe even though I live IN bishop...

I think Alex himself was the one who completed my job. Anyway, I was on vacation and probably had the "out-of-town" blank gaze in my eyes. I was told a short funny story about mule days (every memorial weekend), and even was wished good luck for my job search. Ya know, Bishop is a bit of alright. I love this area, Owens Valley. I think I'm home. Ok, reality check - its only a week vacation. But it is my favorite area and rekindles my faith in humanity time after time. I need to mention - there is a location listed for Alex's on W. Line, but DON'T go THERE - that's their previous place of business. They moved a yr ago, so don't be fooled by the online yellow pages (which typically screw up my business) - THAT's why I trust YELP.
