D's services should be available in every city on the planet. My experience with her was outstanding! She was incredibly helpful in assisting with document preparation for my divorce and shared custody of our child. She helped make the whole process go VERY smoothly and told me exactly what to expect along the way. The day I filed my paperwork was so hard and emotionally exhausting. I was in tears as the court asked questions and looked through my papers but in the end they had EVERYTHING they needed for me to file and she followed up to let me know how to keep the process rolling. D provides VIP service and has been doing this so long that she knows exactly what judges & courts need and delivers a high quality product in exchange for paperwork close to what an attorney would provide at a fraction of the cost. I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone. You're in good hands with her!! read more

D helped me so much during my custody battle. I was completely lost and overwhelmed, but she listened and made me feel at ease and gave me hope. She helped me organize the facts and evidence clearly, and assisted with all the family court paperwork -- in my case, it really got the judge's attention. Thanks to her support, I now have a fair custody arrangement. She truly works hard for her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone going through a similar situation. read more

I AM a REAL client, (in another poor rating she said the person wasn't her client). I was told 4 weeks ago this Monday that she would probably have it done in a week. Her delay, many mistakes on her part, failure to give clear directions and snotty attitude have caused me a great deal of stress. I also had to communicate with my soon to be ex-husband again and again due to her errors and delay. Prior to hiring her we hadn't had to communicate in over 6 months. The whole reason I hired her was so that I wouldn't have to speak with him. She was so rude when I had to ask her question after question because she wasn't clear. This is not the first time I've worked with a Paralegal. Absolutely horrible experience! Please, for your peace of mind, DO NOT hire her. She can respond with whatever excuse she wants but I would never work with her again. read more

As I said in the beginning, she's the best read more

This woman is if anything more terrible than she was before. I was told that my divorce would be finalized and processed as they failed to submit paperwork the first time. Now a year after being told my divorce was finalized I got a email from the court saying I need to go in because once again this woman failed to do her job correctly. When I reached out to her about it needing help and asking as to why she rudely responded telling me she was only going to talk to my ex husband. My ex is not stable and is on drugs half the time how am I supposed to expect anything to get done between his lack of and her unwillingness to help once the payment has been received. Steer away from this woman she is a crook! **This woman is saying I didn't pay a dime when I did with my ex husband at the time to get the paperwork processed. This woman disputes all negative posts so it doesn't show her lack of professionalism.** she is a crook!! read more

My husband walked out in June. I contacted D in July, in large part, due to great reviews on here, and she convinced me to use her services over 2 other places I was considering. I paid her, she took an inordinate amount of time getting the paperwork done, ignored calls and emails. Then told me she was going through personal stuff, involving moving, and needing medicine for depression. She finally seemed on the ball, I got my husband to agree to be served via email. I paid the person she works with to handle the actual court stuff. It's now January 2, and NOTHING has been done. NOTHING. I'm about to lose my home, my pets, everything, because of this woman. Seriously. I'm disabled, I can't work. She talks about how terrible my husband is, then piles on by ignoring me and not doing anything about my divorce filing. I should have started receiving spousal support months ago, and I would have, if she would have done her job. Instead, I'm out 2 grand, about to lose everything, and she had the nerve to send me an email about did my husband figure out how he wants to be served?? This is completely unacceptable. I'm sympathetic to personal issues, but it shouldn't interfere with your job. My next step is to file a formal complaint with the licensing board. Do NOT use this person, unless you wish to be ripped off, and ignored. read more

Filing for custody was such a daunting task and I was completely overwhelmed.I was sitting in the Martinez Family Law Center trying to fill out the packet, I guess I looked confused because another guy walked over and asked how I was doing. After explaining what I was doing, he told me I looked lost and started bragging about this wonderful lady that really knows her stuff, then gave me D's number. The best thing that could have happened! D prepared my papers and helped to calm my fears. Her paperwork looks amazing and she made absolutely certain that she had ALL of the info before we finished the paperwork and printed it out to be filed. She made me feel like my case was the most important thing on the planet to her, made me feel like family and didn't break my bank! I've had to go back to file more papers and she continues to make me feel like my case is of the utmost importance and that everything is gonna be okay. So far, I believe her skills have helped in my situation immensely. I highly recommend hiring her for all your legal document preparation, she has my business for life! Thank you D, you're the best! read more

I had a unique divorce my deadbeat attorney failed to disclose to me a lot of things that could've change the tide of my divorce I was at my wits end I was at a point to where my divorce was going to trial and I didn't even know it that's when I hired D she quickly assess the situation I explain to her what I was dealing with I had ex-wife who knew how to use the system up until that time my ex was playing in the judge like a fine tuned musical instrument well D Saw right through the whole thing I'm a veteran and she took a personal interest in my case almost as though she was fighting for herself that's how much passion she put into her work when she works for you she prepares the paperwork that is second to none to be honest with you after the trial was over I had to go back into the court room when they were in recess to have something signed both the court clerk And The bailiff wanted to know who I used for a paralegal they were so impressed by the paperwork she presented at my divorce trial my trial brief my trial binder was very well written and very organized so when the judge went through looking for things they were right there and easy to find she even had things already written up so that when my ex tried to pull a fast one she already after the trial she already had it written up I should also say she knows different judges and what the different judges expect and that alone will save you a lot of time and money I Have the highest regard for D she's very professional and get the job done in a no nonsense manner read more

D is very competent and knowledgeable, I could not be more thrilled with my experience working with her. After working with different attorneys for more than 2 years, spending thousands of dollars and not seeing any results, my ex and I decided to take things into our own hands but we needed help and guidance. We were referred to D, she helped us draft our Marital Settlement Agreement and prepared all the documents and forms, we were done within less than 3 weeks. She was very helpful and patient all the way through the process. I would not only hire her again, I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking assistance regarding family law matters. read more

I couldn't be happier with the services I received from Alternative Action Document Assistance. I had a court date in a little over a week from the day I called, right away she said "no problem, we can do this". I'm not good with words and my case was not typical. D spent a lot of time with me (more than I have ever received from a lawyer). My husband had a lawyer and I couldn't afford one. By time the court date arrived she had paperwork ready, filed, answered and I had the confidence I needed to walk into the courtroom by myself, knowing I had as much or more of what was needed to win my case as my husband did with his lawyer. They are very professional, and knowledgeable, I recommend Alternative Action whole heartily read more

D helped me get the paperwork I needed for court ready, she took as much time as was needed to make sure every thing was right, her price was very reasonable. If I would of used a Lawyer, it would of cost me over $1500.00. D took the time to explain what she was doing and why. If you like dogs, D has a wonderful dog there to help with the stress of everything that is going on. read more

Feeling overwhelmed with my situation, I called D for help and even in the middle of her Christmas preparations she took the time to listen and explain to me the steps I needed to take to move forward. She was very easy to talk to and never did I feel as though she was passing judgment on me for my situation. D got straight to the point with me and took the time to research and explain what needed to be done. She quickly responded every time I needed something or reassurance about the situation. Most importantly, while I was in a rush to get things done, D stopped me and with her time and knowledge made sure to get it done the right way. I can not thank D enough for all of her hard work, before meeting her I was going to file papers in a haste without really having the proper knowledge of what I was doing. Now after meeting D and all her research she has presented, I am much more confident of reaching a favorable outcome for this difficult situation. read more
