After coming here a few times, I decided I would take my business elsewhere. At first, it was a decent experience - Ms. Dao was professional, kept things that way, and gave a decent haircut for $10. However, after a few times here I noticed her professionalism dropped. For example, she has a boyfriend that hangs around the shop and she would get distracted talking to him. It is one thing if she was still cutting my hair while talking to him but it's another when she would completely stop cutting my hair, talk to him for about 5-7 minutes and then go back to cutting my hair for a few minutes before doing that again. What the heck? What ended it for me was another customer came in (apparently one of her regulars) and she stopped cutting my hair completely and talked to him for at least 30 minutes about construction code since she was getting work done on her house! Wasted my freakin' time! Wouldn't go here again. There's a better barber right across the street anyways. read more

Woman named Dao here is a big cheater used nothing on her clipper and she calls it not buzz cut had my hair using no attachments at all. Probably she does not know anything from a buzz cut look it up woman!!! What buzz cut look like.... she just used no attachment on her clipper that is what you call buzz cut. A buzz cut is very short and identified by hair that is clipped very close to the head with a razor which you did on me. One of the few places in Orange County that does a nice fade. And I've been to several barbershops. Other places I go to that charge double the price can't even fade right. Half the time is lop-sided and they try to blame the shape of my head. Even that other place on Chapman that is always busy. (besides Karen, she's good). This barber takes her time and does a very nice job. Just make sure you check your hair b4 you go sometimes you're facing the TV when she's cutting so you forget to check the mirror now and then. read more

This place cuts good hair but owner is so busy watching tv and chatting while cutting her boy friends hair that she literally took 15 minutes just to shampoo hair. So don't expect good customer service but if u just want a good cut then give it a go. read more

I come get my haircut by the lady who works here because it is very cheap and she does the job. I only get my hair trimmed so she used one length all the way around. It is only 7 bucks! I would not recommend coming here if you want a fade or anything special. The price does go up and I have seen her not do a good job on other people. I saw a guy complain that it wasn't what he wanted and she showed him a bit of attitude. But I don't Coke here to get anything fancy because I know what to expect.
