Neither time did I make a reservation before coming here, since walkins are welcomed. One of the things that everyone heading to this barbershop should know is that they accept cash only. Cypress Barbershop is in a small shopping center, but there are more than enough parking spaces available at all times. When I visited, there were four barbers cutting hair each time. I waited at the most 10 minutes before getting my cut. On the wall behind the front counter is the price list for each type of haircuts. Mens haircuts are $18 and senior cuts are $15. This shop is kept clean. The same woman gave me a medium fade with a comb over both times. She took her time cutting my hair and was precise on how she wanted my hair to look. Nice job - both times.

Today, On the 01/26/2017 ,10:10 AM, I went there again thought to give them a next-time try they reject me, all because i post this post on yelp (there's no explanation, no communication at all, they just bash me out for no reason, saying "we don't want you here", "I don't want cut your hair" "im don't talking to you" to me, an Asian, except all I did are practicing my amendment - express my freedom of speech, posting my thought on yelp), how ridiculous? this is against human right! , I post on yelp(something they don't even own) of my opinion my thought for this discriminating store and when i went there give them a second try, they reject me out, this is illegal, imagine if a barber shop can reject you due to posting your thoughts on social medias today - you just expressing your freedom of speech, and this is a site something they not even own - ot even on Facebook twitter, tomorrow, the hospital can do the same thing, - reject you too cause you post something bad on the company, money-making machine, see how bad of an example it would sit: "oh you're dying?" sorry we don't want your money, cause you post something negative about "us" on the site we don't even own, you express your true thought/opinion in American the land of freedom. Bad attitude towards me. is this store only for outgoing customers? who are talkative? the rest of people can not enjoy quiet and relax? so you have to cut my(Asian) head untill seeing bloods? right after finish my hair, talking to other barber again, rude, once again not mention talk i had blood on my head to me. Nathan is hands down the best barber around. He's been cutting my hair for close to 10 years now, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. Consistent, detailed, and always professional -- he takes his time and makes sure everything is perfect before you leave the chair. What really sets him apart is how great he is with kids. It's been several years since I first walked into Hermano's Barber Shop needing a new barber. This place is a vibe. From the staff and other barbers to the music to the decor, it's a place to relax and have a good time. This is where I met Mike. Mike was super chill and easy going, asking questions to get an understanding of what kind of cut I wanted. The first time he handed me the mirror after he was done, I was impressed and have been with him ever since. Over time I have asked him for different style haircuts and he has delivered every time. Now residing in SFV, I still make my appointment with Mike. I don't care the drive because his cuts, his beard line ups and conversations with him are that good. I was looking for a new barber before my wedding and asked my best friend where he goes since his cuts are always fresh. He sent me to Mike, and we've been locked in ever since -- going on 4 years now. Mike knows my style at this point and will recommend something new when needed. I recently had a couple bald spots and he switched up my cut and blended it so well you couldn't even notice. He is a genuine, down-to-earth guy. Great Barbershop, my hairstylist (Hernan) was friendly and professional. He asked me what kind of hairstyle I want/used to have and he gave me his input on what he thinks would look good with my head shape. He's very good at "Hair texturing", which is a concept most barbers seem to have no idea how to do. I made the final decision after hearing his opinion and I am satisfied with the outcome. Mike is hands down one of the best barbers I've been to. He takes his time, pays attention to detail, and makes sure the cut is exactly how you want it before you leave the chair. Always professional, consistent, and easy to talk to. He also offers a military discount, which says a lot about his character and appreciation for service. I switched to this barber shop over two years ago. I wish I would have found Mike sooner. Now I would never let another barber touch my hair. I would recommend Mike for life. He gives great style tips and takes his time cutting my hair and trimming my beard. His Attention to detail makes me drive from Santa Clarita to cypress every two weeks. I can only go on weekends, and the appointments have saved me lots of time waiting. Great haircuts, fun conversation with the customer or between themselves, awesome music.
