Then walk south to a large parking structure. The sports book is about at the E in the ' Easy Park ' parking sign. The sports book is about 25 yards north of the new Easy Park parking structure , but on a small street that you need to walk down to from the Main Street.

They told me to come in and sign up for their free rewards membership first which didn't help. So I stop by to check it out anyways. Floor man does his job and sat me down but lack customer service. In my opinion when you see a new face , do your job and ask how you can help!!!! Once I went to the table I was asked to get my own chips from a MUTE chip runner that doesn't smile or talk. Nods at me until I give him money. And then I tip him and I don't even get a verbal thank you. My bad for trying....lol.. I get busted at the table and tell the dealer to lock my seat and as I come back with chips, my seat is sold... what a great experience. I guess when you are the only card room within 45 minutes of Oceans 11 you can treat customers however you want. There was one good thing about this place I liked. The Asian dealers are friendly and nice and the players are nice with LOTS of action. That I won't complain about. All in all, I'll probably never bring my business back here and I'll tell everyone where I play in NorCal never to go to this business unless they don't mind the unfriendliness of a card room.

I didn't see any gambling tables just slot machines. I added 20 pesos to the card intending on playing the penny machine like I do in the States. Lol. The cheapest slot machine was 5 pesos. I went on and thankfully another player who spoke Engish showed me how to use the machine and cash out. After I lost only playing a few rounds is when I realized duh, you only lost $1 in US money. Lol I balled out the 2nd time and added 30 pesos, lol. I betted the max and lost after 4 rounds. I took my losses and called it a day, losing just under $3 US currency. So far, I've picked up the U.S. Polo queen-size sheets, comforter, and bamboo pillows. Next week is the plush throw--and everyone needs a good throw. Keep it on the couch, toss it in the car for winter, or bring it out when you're sitting around a bonfire. The giveaway itself is simple: bring your casino card and ID, let them scan them, pick up your item, and keep it moving. No purchase required. Now, there is one catch: self-control. I was offered a early check in which I was happy about and the gal in the front asked if I wanted the tower that faced the outlets or the tower that faced the parking garage. They gladly did and again a room was available, thank you for that. The first thing I noticed when I entered was that there wasnt enough light and nothing was automatic. The curtains were hard to open and close because chairs and tables were in front of it and all the lights had to be switched on and off which was a little annoying for me. The elevators were slow but there was always housekeeping in the hallway if I needed any extra coffee or water and they were all really nice. You also couldnt log into your netflix or other streaming services which was a bummer. They did even have a cucumber lemon water in the lobby which was really refreshing as well. The pool was nice and had a DJ on the weekend but there was no service and no food as well. Just a walk up bar that was closed on Monday when I went, On sunday I did come down in my regular clothes to sit in a "cabana" for a moment when I was rudley asked to move as it was for reservations. I did see a reservation sign on the same bed the day before and it wasnt on there on Sunday so I thought it was ok to sit but the guy working there who didnt seem to like his job let me know he cant have me sitting there. I think next time they should just leave the reserved signs on there so there is no confusion and or just let someone sit if the pool is not even busy anyway. I did need the light to work so the lighting part cut my work time and they had robes and no slippers. Hopefully next time I stay it will be more available. I then unfortunately had an episode due to the drama of it all to which my dog tasked and my husband stepped up and took over. They then realized they had messed up, changed their mind and said "we will allow it just this time" Absolutely ridiculous. My dog has gone through extensive training, been certified through two trainers, has passed his CGC and public access and the audacity for a security guard to say he wasn't acting like a service dog because he wasn't looking up at me every single second is ridiculous. They are not robots, he can get stepped on if not careful, he checks in every 10-15 seconds and alerts just fine. They would not show us footage of him "not acting like a service dog" which makes me think they were just lying to try and not allow us entry. I'm only writing this review so others don't feel absolutely awful since the valley view security treats people as the service dog police. I understand people abuse and lie about service animals, but it was quite obvious my dog is trained. To be questioned like a that was awful and just sad. Just be for warned you're going to be questioned like a criminal and may or may not be allowed entry with a service animal.

Their Junior Suite is what we picked. It had everything that we wanted and it just so happened to be the one with the biggest square footage (out of the various suites they offer) Came with a King Bed. Living room with a fireplace and directly behind...the beach views!! The BALCONY is nice and big with a patio that was perfect for enjoying a gorgeous sunset over the ocean. Large bathroom with a Bathtub and shower!! And a kitchenette and coffee maker. No AC but a very strong fan in the bedroom area and a ceiling fan in the living room. The patio door is huge and has blackout curtains, but we chose to sleep with the patio door open and it was such a vibe with the sounds of the waves crashing! Beautiful heated infinity pools and jacuzzis! Best part is the drive to Puerto Nuevo for delicious sea food is super close by! Took us like 10 mins! Drove there for dinner and to catch the World Series game (GO DODGERS) Back at the resort we enjoyed some house margaritas that were included with our stay. The breakfast at their restaurant was also such a delight. I would absolutely recommend and return again! Good for relaxing romantic vibes. Their spa offers great value for their services-they have massages and facials. Didn't see any kids during our stay and it was cool having access to their bars and fireplace seating downstairs. First, the woman working security at the bag check was extremely rude to my friend and me. She rudely told us we needed to wait upstairs, even though we weren't blocking anyone or in the way. There are much nicer ways to communicate with guests. Then you have to walk up two flights of concrete stairs to get to the event area, which honestly seemed like a liability concern, especially if people are drinking and someone were to fall. The biggest issue, though, was the heat. There was barely any shade, no water misters, and nowhere comfortable to escape the scorching temperatures. On a day that hot, an event like this should have had much better accommodations for guests, especially with the amount of people attending. My friend and I lasted maybe 30 minutes before we had to leave because it was simply too hot and uncomfortable to enjoy ourselves. I didn't even buy alcohol because I didn't want to dehydrate myself further. They did have free water available, which I appreciated, but that alone wasn't enough to make the experience enjoyable. They also have great food and again, the service is so good. You can stay there and never leave, but don't do that. Grab a cab and get a wonderful dinner near by. It is safe and you will be welcomed.
