There is plenty of parking and the class is held in a room that is very well-lit, comfortable, clean, with lots of visuals and information posted and... coffee and snacks! I had no expectations because I had absolutely no idea what to expect and didn't know anything about guns or ammo. I can honestly say that after this class, I feel very comfortable and am much more knowledgeable. Lisa and Matt are passionate about what they do and are very well-versed on all topics related to shooting, with safety above all else. The indoor shorting range we went to after i took the written test, is about an 8 minute drive. I was filled with nervous excitement, but once we started shooting, I only felt excitement because I felt really prepared! I walked through every step each time. Lisa and Matt offered lots of great advice based on their experience, and I'm grateful to have found them and this class. They offer a variety of classes and I plan to continue my education through them.

I've done the BLS for Healthcare Providers course through a few different places over my 13 years…read moreof nursing and I have to say this was probably the first time I actually enjoyed the class. Giovanni (John) was amazing. He was extremely thorough from start the finish. He made sure each of us in attendance understood the material and allowed us to practice compressions and bag/mask as many times as needed to feel comfortable. He provided constructive feedback and even some tips and tricks. John gave real life scenarios to help us all better understand the importance of CPR and proper technique as well as knowing your role and limitations. The equipment was clean and easy to use. The building is located conveniently right off the highway and easy to locate. The room was easy to find and well marked. Inside the room was spacious and clean. All in all it was a great class and I would recommend Life Saver CPR & First Aid Training (and John!) to anyone seeking to become CPR certified. Thank you John and I look forward to recertification in 2 years!! (Only one photo taken for privacy)

As someone renewing their BLS certification, I had a benchmark for what to expect. However, this session with Giovanni surpassed the previous training. His targeted instruction not only deepened my understanding but also significantly bolstered my confidence in handling emergency situations. Compared to my initial certification elsewhere, Giovanni's class made a much more profound impact on my preparedness and proficiency. Giovanni was engaging and patiently addressed each question I posed and provided me with detailed explanations. He provided constructive feedback, refining my technique and posture, ensuring that I didn't just go through the motions, but fully grasped the lifesaving potential of each action. He also took the time to integrate practical examples and simulations that I might encounter, an aspect that has made my training feel all the more relevant. His dedication to teaching is evident and his ability to adapt to my needs made all the difference. I came looking for a certification, and I left a much more confident first responder. To anyone seeking CPR training that is both engaging and comprehensive, this is the one for you!

The class was well structured and although there was a lot of material covered, it was both comprehensive and easy to understand. Michael had a deep understanding of the subject and provided many real life examples that helped clarify concepts. The handouts and online tools were a great addition to help study and Michaels friendly email encouragements after the course to keep studying were also beneficial. Overall, I would highly recommend this course for anyone looking to achieve their PMP certificate.

Came here for an intro class and loved it. The instructor was so nice and so encouraging. I do have…read moresome experience with pole. However, the staff here is really technique driven which is something I was not used to in previous classes. I love that they encourage elegance on the pole not just sexiness, Which again is something different from my Past experience with Pole classes. the club is affordable and educational. love that they have two locations. I'm not the biggest fan of the location in Hartford. However, it is more convenient than having to drive to Springfield. I did notice that the poles at the gym are not in front of the mirrors which makes it hard to check your form or your technique. I'm someone who likes to see myself when I'm learning. I also would love to see them add additional poles along with more mirrors, I do not like to share a pole in a learning environment. I feel like it takes away from my paid for hour but I do enjoy the open pole classes when I can make it. This place is definitely worth a shot if your interested at all in breaking your curiosity with the art of pole dance.
