Brought in my M3 and the guys helped get my car back in shape... even with COVID 19 restrictions. I admit I'm picky , and they worked with me until I was happy with the service they provided, and everything looked good. Thanks to Bobby , Andreas, and Paul. Stay safe! read more

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this location. Justin was great! He was super helpful, very patient, and consistently kept me updated about the progress of my vehicle. read more

Well updated a few months later!! So work was done and after discussion it was not up to par, we discussed the items that were malfunctioning and missing. I texted and called several times to no avail. I'm military so unfortunately I had to move onto my next duty station, and I was not contacted nor was I reply to any of my messages or calls. I'm highly upset and a few states away now my truck is not where it needs to be so my last review is now review by a absolute zero. Anyone who goes here make sure they actually do what you want them to do before you take possession of your vehicle, I know it's tempting to take back your vehicle after a collision or theft but you must leave it there because that's the only way they're going to do anything for you. Really rather annoying because I did like the staff up until this point but now I know it was just a fake façade they put on to make sure that the work was paid for. read more

Caliber Collision - Body Shops Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

Body tech Andrew is very knowledgeable and detail oriented and did a great job repairing my vehicle. My car looks great! Service time was right on schedule with the repair estimate as well. Friendly staff, will be referring my friends and family to this location. read more

Had work done in late 2022 on a USAA-covered vehicle. On a routine service dept visit, Principle San Antonio BMW (dealer) caught what was bad work done by Caliber. The bumper wasn't installed correctly and there were issues with the tail lights, alignment and paint. Eventually, it was found that Caliber damaged the vehicle while it was in their shop and never disclosed it. They got caught in a lie. Now, they have to replace the tail light and repaint a portion of the vehicle. Through this mess, they damaged the vehicle AGAIN and we're now waiting for additional trim pieces. Caliber Blanco Rd is completely unable to work on luxury vehicles and has a crew of techs who work carelessly and clearly in an unprofessional manner. If you value your vehicle, take it elsewhere. read more

Great company! Would definitely bring my vehicle here again. Customer service and workmanship are both high quality

I brought in my car July 17th and was aware of the time my car needed to get fixed, I was given the estimated wait time of a whole month because they needed to order the part , put it in etc. As the month went by, I was told during the paint process that it got scratched and time to re paint would take another few weeks.absolutely ridiculous. I was without a car for a whole month and had to pay out of pocket the first week i brought my car in. When I finally received the car September 9th, there were scratches that were not there before I brought the car in, one bottom part of the car was scratched as well. I was missing things in my trunk, I called to ask if my spare keys were left in the car and they said no but I found them under the seat when I was told they checked everywhere. Not happy at all with this experience. Definitely seems sketchy. read more

Got work done here after the one in Corpus ruined the interior of my car, and forgot a rent. They fixed some of the issues here, however they forgot to fix a rip in the interior, and one dent from the hail which was the main reason I was getting work done again. I let the manager know that they had forgotten these things, and of course he never called back. If you like getting your things stolen I would recommend this place. I had my polarized oakleys stolen, $200 dollars, and 2 pairs of ray bans I received as gifts stolen. I guess when they were working on my trunk they decided to go ahead and steal my tacklebox as well. Weight scale, hooks, weights, bass fishing supplies, and pliers. I guess you can't trust anybody. This place is crap, and so are the people working on your car. The total time my car was in the shop for both caliber collisions was over 2 and a half months. Edit: Had received a call from the manager regarding the comment. We discussed the stolen items and regarding how long it takes to receive the headliner part. Here we are going into January. I originally posted this in August. I'll never have my car repaired at a caliber collision again. read more

Brought my vehicle into the Blanco RD location for major repair to back end of my 2017 Sportage. From the moment I walked in everything was smooth sailing. The receptionist was polite and informative. The lobby was clean and organized. They had the rental place on stand by! From start to end they kept me informed on the process of the repairs. Once completed they explained what was done and my vehicle was in pristine condition!! Looked just the way it did prior to the damage. Shiny and new just as it should be. I am very impressed with the quick and sufficient work done. Very professional! I waited a month to write this review just to guarantee no issues occurred and my vehicle is 100% restored to its original beauty! Thank you team at Caliber Collision on Blanco Rd!! read more

An option to return certain parts should be an option, other then that, great service

I have to admit it was odd having caliber pop up in my email. Its been two years since my car was repaired. It has never been the same. Unfortunately I had to take my car back at least three times for things missed. Only for my car to still have alignment issues and then some.. I have not brought myself to take it back again as of yet. read more

Excellent service. Richard kept me informed through the entire repair process! My car looks great!

Suzie, Donald, and the team are very knowledgeable and helpful. They took care of me right away. I have full confidence that my car will be fixed properly and in a timely manner. ...update tbd read more

I went to Caliber Collision on Blanco Rd today and I had a wonderful experience! I spoke with Pearl on the phone before hand and she was nice, professional, and helpful. At the shop, I was greeted by the General Manager, Andres Chacon. He was also very nice and professional. While waiting for my vehicle, employees walking by greeted me and made sure that I had been helped. I am very pleased with my experience and I will most definitely be going back in the future. read more

Great service from everyone at Caliber. So friendly and professional. Donald took care of the hail damage on my car with constant updates via text and my car looks amazing. Tommy and BB delivered my car to my home because I was feeling sick and unable to pick it up. That's awesome service. Will always recommend Caliber Collision to all my friends. read more

I am more than satisfied They called me every few days to update me on the status of my car, they delivered my car to my work and I went outside.. not only was my car fixed but it was washed and completely detailed can't tell you the relief I felt having my car back and it's spotless around this busy Christmas season. So happy with the service read more

I am very satisfied, everyone I was in contact with went above and beyond. It's hard to find great customer service these days but it exist at Caliber Collision on Blanco! read more

Caliber gave a very low estimate to repair the damaged door, but did not include all of the repairs needed. The fellow did state it might be more once they took off the inside panel. The second estimate was more complete, but Caliber got the job because theirs was lower. They then charged twice what the other estimate was for the same work. This seems like a scam to get the job then actually charge more. I will never use or recommend them. read more

Involved in an accident over a year ago and my car is still not what it once was. I was t boned on passenger side. Passenger side door has something loose in it. Rattles everytime it is opened or closed. Unlike driver side door. I had missing parts that had to be brought to their attention. My car was a dust bucket when I finally picked it up three months later. CD player no longer works. I had to take my car back twice. They came to my job twice to fix minor things. One of those was the CD player. It's still broken. I had to have two alignments back to back because rear alignment is causing uneven wear on my tires. Nd alignment was never done after accident. Still not fixed. My right turn signal wouldnt even work. Why would I want to take it back to.the same place who simply did not repair it correctly. This place was selected by my insurance. read more

I had a good experience getting my car fixed up here. Carlos took great care of my car and me and was always providing timely updates. Car came back on time and looked good as new! read more

Best around for service and quality! Especially service! Even during prime hail season, the very friendly folks at Caliber were able to move up our appointment ahead a week (saving us from having to rent a car). Original estimate said it would take 7-9 days, but they got it back to us in 4!!! Our consultant, Donald, helped fast-track our collision repair. The work was perfect and they even cleaned a head lamp casing interior on the undamaged side of the car in order to match the new one that was replaced. Supreme attention to detail and going the extra mile to make us happy. They even helped us resolve a payment mix-up with our insurance company so that we could get out of there with our car the day it was ready. No need to ever go anywhere else - this is the best! read more

This place has been an absolute delight to deal with. I was recently rear-ended on I-10 on my way to work in my brand new car. I was devastated but the staff at caliber was great. They text detailed daily updates on the status of your car and adjusted timelines (thanks Jessica!!!). When I came to get my car, Andres was incredibly helpful. The shop produced great work and my car was cleaned inside and out. Thanks guys!!! read more

Caliber Collision on Blanco Road is the BEST! I've had to bring my Tahoe in twice in the past year. Once for damage to my passenger door and the next time for a new side mirror. Both times they were quick and the entire process was SO easy. Getting an appointment was very easy, they were on time, and staff is awesome. Susie at the front desk-- love her! The waiting room is perfect. Hot coffee, comfy couches, a place for the kids to play and TV. Susie made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Roberto was my technician and he was very good and his work was super neat and detailed. Donald has been my go-to guy both times. He's the friendliest and best communicator and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. We will never bring our cars anywhere else for repairs!! read more

I had many issues with this collision center when repairing my 2016 six month old vehicle for hail damage this June. The car was kept for six weeks and delivered at closing time on a Friday without a proper inspection. I myself noticed several things before leaving the location and when notifying the advisor he asked I write them down and anything else discovered later. At delivery I noticed my window tint was scratched, there were extra pieces left on the dashboard, paint indentures, gate left fin was loose, the next morning I noticed the interior light weren't working, headliner was wrinkled or coming out at corners, and other issues kept coming like sun visor falling off. However, I can say this repair shop did not hesitate to respond quickly to every issue as it arrived and even took it upon themselves to pickup my car several time while I was at work to make sure everything was taken of. Overall, It took longer than expected, I wasn't happy with delivery results but they did come through at the end of a long and strenuous repair. read more

Not a good experience. Too burnt out to go through the details. Rather not think about it any more.

My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision after I got rear - ended May 2, and I've used them before. Richard and I looked my car over to do an estimate and he thought it would be a simple $500 or so job to replace my bumper. One taillight was broken and the trunk wouldn't close. Long story short, with internal damage the car was a total loss. I decided to go ahead and repair it but then received an email from Richard that he had spoken to his manager about this and learned that their policy was not to repair a totaled vehicle. I later learned that this is industry standard among large collision centers. Go figure how a service advisor did not know this policy! They offered to reassemble the car for a fee so I could drive it elsewhere for repairs. Although less than they initially told me, the fee was $113. I really take exception to this, and have even been told by a friend that I should report them to the BBB for this. I could understand charging me if I changed my mind after they disassembled the car and said I had decided to get it repaired elsewhere. But for them to refuse to repair it and then charge me to get the car back in the same condition I brought it to them in I think is pretty low. To Richard's credit he did attempt to find me a shop that would repair it and did attempt to keep in touch about the progress of the situation. However when I emailed asking if he had taken any photos I could forward to a shop which was interested in repairing it, my email went unanswered. But when I called him he sent me the photos before we got off the phone. So he did make an effort to cooperate and facilitate my being able to get it fixed elsewhere, with some prodding. There was also a step along the way, I think it was when the car was reassembled and ready to be picked up, when I had asked him to call me to let me know it was ready rather than email but he emailed anyway. I eventually had a wonderful experience with another shop which repaired my car for $100 less than what Caliber Collision had estimated and also provided a much better rental car deal. If I get in another accident I will go straight to the other body shop. I seriously doubt Caliber Collision, at least not this location, will see me again. read more

Must say I was extremely disappointed with A.J. regarding the repairs to my 2016 Chrysler 300. A.J. went all around my car and stated they would touch up all the little dings. He even marked all of the places on my car. Wasn't done. They did what they had to do and that was it!! Not sure I will use them again!! read more

Terrible. Took my jeep in to have the rear bumper replaced after I got rear ended. They had my jeep for 3 days and did not replace the bumper. Instead they "painted and resurfaced" leaving a very noticeable spot where the paint doesn't match. Then I get a call from them asking why I never took my vehicle in... apparently they didn't even know they did work on it a week after the fact. After calling them back and informing their HQ of the terrible 3 day not replacing my bumper job they did I got a call back from one of the shop managers. Tells me he'll make everything right by ordering a bumper and replacing at a location of my choosing, told me two days tops. Never heard back from the shop. Called them back a week later and no one knows what's going on and unwilling to help. Was told I'd get another call from a service manager. Never got one. Now my bumper still sits on my jeep crooked with a 1-2" gap on each side from the fenders. Oh, lets not forget about the shiny black spot they painted on my matte black bumper. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! read more

My name is Jacob Salas and I'm writing this review for one reason, I like any other person out there hates to be lied to point blank. I towed my 2015 Dodge Ram in to Caliber Colision @ Blanco on a Thursday with at the very least $25,000 in damages. I was handled properly by a service representative by the name of Mike. He told me that the job was to large for there shop to take care but that pics would be taken and sent to all the diff. locations to find out what shop had a fram machine available. On Friday I called in and asked what location my truck was heading to and the secretary told me that the pics had not been sent out yet. So at this point I was a little disappointed of course but she did say someone would give me a call. I never received a call back on Monday I did not call them but I did get a call from a ambulance chaser repair shop asking about my truck lol. I thought this was odd but it just made me more disappointed in Caliber. On Tuesday I called at 11am and inquired about my truck and was told my service representative was Robert and he would be handling my vehicle. The secretary said that Robert was on another line when I called and she would leave a message for him to call me back. I was out of town and and drove back from Corpus Cristi and didn't make it back till around 330pm at which time I headed over to Caliber. Mind you I never received a call which didn't surprise me by now I was already use to this kinda service from Caliber. When I got there I asked what's going on with my truck and the secretary told me nobody called you, I told her no and she went to find Robert who was nowhere to be found and at this point she relayed to me that my truck would not be worked on for 60 day which was down right ridiculous. She said if there was another shop I wanted it to go to that they we're trying to clear it with State Farm for other preferred shops which was a lie cause I talked to State Farm on my drive to San Antonio and they had no call from Caliber. So all in all I was lied to by the blanco location several times and then when my vehicle was moved to another repair shop I received several texts from Caliber asking about the service and I would have left it alone but I kept receiving them. So I clicked the link and filled out the survey and told them that I was lied to and felt that I got terrible service. Can you guess who finally gives me a call????? Robert my service representative turns out to be the manager lol and now he wants to talk to me. I hope the irony doesn't escape anyone on this one. read more
