I really appreciate that they gave me different options on ways to save money on parts (OEM vs aftermarket) for my repair since I was a cash paying customer. I got a quote from Caliber Collision and the price difference was shocking! As it turns out Milstead is a much better equipped body shop because they had the technicians and equipment on hand and did not need to hire anyone out to do recalibrations for the sensors on my bumper which that alone saved me $400-600. To top it off they offered a courtesy car wash and interior vacuum which I wasn't at all expecting. Thank you Milstead for going totally out of your way to serve your customer. Joe understood the problem the moment I explained it. Though he never promised anything, he seemed confident he could fix it. The trouble was diagnosed and repaired perfectly the first time, on time and under estimate. Also, Joe spent at least an hour with the good-for-nothing warranty (Endurance) trying to get it covered. Though the contract clearly includes hubs as "covered", Endurance refused to cover it. Today I am recommending Sullivan's and especially Joe. Tomorrow, I am cancelling Endurance.

My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently.
