    I knew something was wrong with my Nissan Maxima when I heard the sound of the wind when I drove on the highway. One day I found the problem when I inspected my car. My passenger 'A' pillar was either stolen or it fell off from the windshield. Admittingly, I did not know who to go to. I researched the Nissan dealerships around the area, Rocco's Collision, and Caliber Collision. The only company that contacted me back was Caliber Collision. The other places did not contact me about my inquiry at all. Caliber Collision's site was easy to navigate. The convenient feature they had on their site was their free online estimate tool. It was easy to use. I took photos with my phone and wrote comments pertinent to issue in the online estimate. I received a text the next day that my estimate was ready to view online. I viewed the estimate and liked the price. Megan was the person that assisted me with scheduling the final appraisal and repair. She was very nice on the phone and got me in the following week. I met with Bree during the final appraisal and dropped off my car. It took them ONE day to receive the part and to install it on my car. I was also happy that I did not have to drive my Kia Forte rental anymore. (No offense to Kia Forte owners.) Megan and Bree's customer service was phenomenal. Thank you so much for making my experience a good one. They also washed my car after the install. Oh btw, thank you for vacuuming my car interior!! I was overjoyed when I sat down in my now clean car after everything was completed. I recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.

    So the beginning of last week wasn't a very good one. Monday morning I went out to get my car to go to work and I found a dumpster inside of it. I feel like you're probably asking what in the world does that mean? I will be attaching photos. There was literally a dumpster inside my car. It was one of those ungodly windy nights that we've had recently. The wind must've blown the dumpster so hard it creased my door inside and out. It also smashed out the back window. I had some trouble getting it out of my car so that I could move the car. So I called Geico(which I recently learned used to be a government employee insurance program) and put in my claim. They gave me their list of approved shops and caliber was one of them. There was actually one shop that could've taken a day earlier but having passed this place often I wanted to check it out. It looks more like a sports complex than a garage. So I got there early as is my usual, even then there was no wait and I was helped immediately. After I was given all the ins and outs of the insurance by the Geico person who I guess is on staff there, we did a walk around. After he and I were finished I moved on to the enterprise guy who also appeared to just be there ready to wait on me. I'm not sure if it always works this way but everything was ready for me and I think I moved through the place and was in my rental in 30 to 40 minutes. I had even taken a half-day off of work because I figured nothing would go smoothly. I'm pretty sure it's harder to just rent a car. I signed up for text updates and never had to ask a person what was going on with my car. He texted me every time they started a new part of the process. They texted me when it was finished I was able to drop it off and return my rental on site. It is extremely convenient to have everything in one location. So the entire door need to be replaced it went in on Thursday and I got it back on Tuesday. Not only have they replaced the door, they had fully detailed and cleaned the outside of the car. It's a few days later now and it still smells like a new car inside. All the scratches around the door that they cleaned up repainted and blended are perfect. So after all that I was very content and happy with the process. I probably would not have left a review if it weren't for what happened next... Being the super forgetful person that I am I had left my brand new keep cup that my wife got me for Valentine's Day on the counter when dropping off my rental. Now this was not cool because this gift was awesome and I haven't even had it that long! It took me a little while to figure out where the missed placed item must be. When I figured it out I gave them a ring and they said they would set it aside for me. When I showed up to my surprise I found they had even washed it for me! Now if that's not service! I thought they were super nice to begin with but now we were all laughing and joking like friends! It reminded me of a sitcom! The mechanic, front desk ladies, Geico guy all hamming it up. In conclusion if you have the choice, choose caliber. Fantastic people to deal with. * Funny thing is another customer had left their cup the same day.

    My Cube was rear ended the night of April 19th. My bumper and side panel were damaged, but I was not at all at fault and was treated to the pleasure of dealing with Caliber Collision for free! Dawn at the front is a great woman that helped me through the process. I also dealt with Luis Portillo who is hilarious and knowledgeable at what he does. During my car's time time in the shop, I was provided with frequent updated completion estimates. Each were estimated to be done sooner than the last!! It went from a two week estimate to being done within a weekend! Incredible. Never had that kind of experience anywhere else. The best part is they did a tremendous job and even cleaned out the junk in my car for me, lol. Thanks for everything! - Will

    Like in any devastating event (such as a problem or crash to your car) there is nothing more comforting than finding people who are trustworthy, resourceful, friendly and who jump in any way to help ease these stressful moments. This was exactly my experience with Caliper Collision. After my work and adventure van was hit while parked in Philly (where I do not live nor know much about) I had a hard time finding a garage that would help me get my car back on the road so I could get back home. A few places told me I should just leave it behind because it was impossible to fix it. When I called Caliper Collition, Brian answered with an immediately friendly and welcoming voice. I rushed my van over, and even thought the damages were big, he advised me and helped me find solutions for my van. Not only was his advice helpful but all the guys in the garage appreciated my van and the work I've put into it. They jumped in to help me and I was able to get back on the road that same day and arrive safely in NY. I am eternally grateful to them for turning an incredibly stressful moment into one with hope and even fun! These guys rock!

They called me scared, afraid and did not know what to do. I called Chris transport, to see if he could go to the scene of the accident and help my friend out. I gave him the location, and he said he's on his way. Once he arrived my friend called me and thanked me and said that he was very helpful and comforting in her time of despair. He towed her car to a body shop that he was familiar with. He then told her if she needed help legally, meaning if she needed to be referred to a lawyer he also can help. My friend called me last night, to tell me that they picked up their car and the work that the Bodyshop did, was amazing. Thank you Chris for helping my friend. Anybody out there that needs A safe, reliable towing company call Chris transport. You'll find that he can be helpful in more ways than one.

The whole crew made the process feel smooth and well organized, which really took a lot of stress off me. I want to give a special shout-out to Ian, the Customer Service Manager. I asked Jack about having work done on a scrape on my front bumper that was not related to the accident. I asked him about prices about for a part for the front bumper, and if it was possible for me to bring in the OEM part from the dealership on my own. As soon as I said that, he replied "Do you bring your own cheeseburger to McDonald's?". Instead of calmly answering my questions, he stated yelling at me and was extremely rude and profane. It seems like as soon as you raise any concerns with this shop, they get hostile and start yelling at you. This is absolutely no way to treat customers, no matter the price or the quality of the work. Don't know if I would recommend this shop in the future because god forbid they don't like something you say and they start yelling at you too. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews". This is the most unprofessional, and discriminatory shop I've ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be slave to their questionable business practices and when you begin to ask questions, they verbally harass you and then refuse to work on your car. Instead of listening and caring for their customers, they bully them around and expect a thank you in return. UPDATE #2 6/29: Another bodyshop called Classic to let them know they would be transferring the vehicle tomorrow. The associate on the phone immediately started yelling at the lady from the other bodyshop and told her "I'm gonna leave his car parked in the street with his windows down and the keys in the ignition!". I'm shocked at this point that Classic is frankly still in business and that customers tolerate this kind of treatment from a business owner.
