The estimator, Jeff was very efficient and friendly during his inspection of the vehicle which wound up being spot on. The parts were ordered and my appointment was scheduled. I felt better about the possibility of quality of work being performed after seeing plaques for their techs having BMW certifications for body work. The work was completed in one day as promised and they sent my truck through the detail shop which was a nice surprise. The bumper looks great and you cannot tell there was any damage unlike the last time I had a bumper repaired at another body shop in town. This has been one of the best body shop experiences I have had.

Secondly he could fit me in the same week that I called inquiring. The bumper was beautiful and looked like new after he finished it. It only took him about 23 hours from drop off to the call for pick up. He charged me exactly what he quoted me and it was a good deal. My issues were that he told me after I had already arrived to pay that if I had cash he wouldn't charge me tax. Well I didn't have cash and I wish he would've told be beforehand. He also told me the car wouldn't be ready for 2 days when I dropped it off. I had to work so I needed it earlier. He told me he would do his best to have it ready the next day. I had to go through an ordeal to get someone who could give me a ride the next day. Well he called me first thing the following morning saying it was ready. I was not prepared for that since he made it sound like it would be late when the car was ready. So I had gone through a bunch of nonsense to secure a ride and it was completely unnecessary. Lastly I'm not sure what in the world happened but after I drove my car home I discovered that it was covered in ants. They were everywhere. I had to wash it and I was still finding them. That was gross and annoying. After everything I would do business there again because the work was done well for a fair price.
