After about 2 or 3 months post being fixed, the paint cracked. I then took it back for a second time for the cracked paint to be fixed. Once I picked it up the second time, the fixed area of paint was raised / had a bubble almost under the paint. Keep in mind this is a very small area on the side of my car that was done wrongly not once, but twice. After the second time, I called and spoke to the manager. He denied any issue with the quality of work that was given and requested photos to show the issue. He failed to contact me back and I went through my insurance regarding the issues with Woods. They have since been taken off Nation Wides list of shops they work through. I will include photos to show the lack of quality. When I suggested they test cars in motion to avoid rework, I was dismissed as not being an "expert" and told to sit and wait, which I did for an additional hour, while this new issue was being fixed. Additionally, my car was always returned dirtier than when I dropped it off. In short, if you're considering Wood's Collision, proceed with caution.
